There is some scam company that's working out of at least 3 phone numbers trying to "refill my prescription". They all ask for Stacy (not my name). The numbers that have called me are 866-587-3947, 718-766-9132, and 718-764-1902. They call multiple times per day, every day, and have been doing so for at least 6 months. When you call the number back, you either get "a non-working number", a full voicemail box, or they hang up immediately. They never leave messages, and oftentimes will hang up as soon as I answer the phone. I am on the Do Not Call list and have contacted the FCC for the last phone number (above). I want whoever this is fined into oblivion. So help me, if they call again, I will file a police harassment suit against all three numbers.

He really actually is not enjoying life. The feds took everything from him. The inkjet site is not owned by him and he has absolutely nothing to do with the adult industry nor strip clubs. He lives a peaceful life doing web/advertisement consulting for many businesses, none including the adult industry. You are probably wondering how I know this, but rest assured that his son knows what he is doing.

enjoying life... the feds didn't get all his websites. he also controls non-drug related websites such as the ink refill and pr0n sites. he is a silent partner on many strip clubs. don't ask how i know this.

I'm still getting calls from this number after over a year. Same scenario - asks for Denise and tries wants to "refill my prescription." Even though I haven't answered these calls for about 6 months now, they still call multiple times a week, sometimes more than once a day.

I’m embarrassed to post this but am finding it necessary to do so. Several years ago I ordered phentermine online. Since then I have been getting several calls a day. After having twins one year ago and finding it very difficult to lose the weight I’ve gained (and believe me, I’ve tried!) , I gave in and actually ordered. As it turns out what they sent WERE NOT phentermine. Please DO NOT order from these people!! Right now I’m fighting to get my money back and now that I harass them, they no longer call me. As a matter of fact, none of these people call me anymore!! Go figure…!!!

After about 3 years of numerous calls from this & many other pharmacy companies for someone I'd never heard of in my life one day they messed up & left a tracking number on my voice mail for a shipment that was to be delivered to this other person. After 3 years of trying to get help in stopping these calls I finally was able to get the police to get involved in helping to try & resolve these calls as the police suspected the person was probably trafficing. Also, I trace any of these calls possible by pressing *57. NOTE* You must answer the call in order to run the trace & each different phone company may have a different code to use. I have Verizon.

2-20-08 1:21PM Asking for Denise again. Used to just tell them I don't have a credit card; now they ask if I have a friend who will let me use theirs! For the first time, they told me that they now accept C.O.D.

Update
--------------------------------------------------------------------
By John Burke
US FEDERAL agents investigating the illegal sale of potentially lethal doses of prescription drugs over the internet have issued a forfeiture order against a number of Allied Irish Bank accounts held by a major internet-based drug dealer as part of a $125m criminal fortune.
The US department of justice's office of consumer litigation is probing how much money was stashed away in accounts here by Floridabased criminal Vineet 'Vincent' Chhabra and other members of his family.
Forfeiture documents, seen by the Sunday Tribune, show that Chhabra operated 11 AIB accounts, as well as accounts in Hong Kong and the Bahamas, where it is believed he stored his criminal proceeds.
Chhabra pleaded guilty in a Virginia federal court last month to charges that he illegally sold millions of dollars worth of controlled substances online via a number of websites. He accepted a plea bargain that will see him serve 33 months in prison.
It is understood that Chhabra set up the AIB bank accounts using a series of companies he registered here. He also advertised an Irish postal address at Harcourt Street, Dublin and an Irish domain name, www. chhabragroup. ie.
Calls made by the Sunday Tribune to the Dublin phone number advertised by one of Chhabra's Irish companies were not answered.
A spokesperson for the US department of justice's office of consumer litigation told the Sunday Tribune that it would be seeking to obtain information from AIB bank in relation to Chhabra's accounts.
Consumers who logged onto Chhabra's websites, the most popular of which were www.usaprescribe. com and www. eprescribe. com, were permitted to buy potentially lethal doses of prescription drugs without ever meeting with a doctor and without any checks being made on the information they supplied, in breach of the US Controlled Substances Act.
In one of the largest probes of its kind, the FBI investigated Chhabra's business interests for over two years before his arrest earlier this year, as part of a crackdown on the illegal sale of prescription drugs from US websites.

Well, the fax number you listed 866-577-3727 is used by several web sites. No, not a fax service. This is an fax that was used by Vineet Kumar Chhabra (aka Vincent Chhabra ) of www.USAPrescriptions.com . At least until he was indicted & convicted for drug trafficking, money laundering and all. I believe he transferred companies to Carleta Carolina in the Bahamas, she worked for Vince when his legal problems started. I'm sure was just a scam to escape further prosecution. He indicated in a conversation to me once that when everything was over he would transfer everything back to his name. Vince had an office in U.K. and Ireland. U.S.DOJ chased his money till it "disappeared". Most of the companies that sell drugs over the internet are breaking the law in one way or another. If you are not PHYSICALLY seeing a Doctor to get your prescription, well, then you are too. If you lost some money, I'm sorry to hear that. However, you should be glad the DEA, FDA or FBI do not knock on your door. The risk is not worth the time savings from doing it right and it has been proven that many companies operating online put misbranded drugs into the mailbox. Corey Neale of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida found out the problems the hard way, HE DIED.

I get constant calls inquiring about a prescription refill. They continue to call despite numerous requests not to call me and remove from lists. I filed a complaint through http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm.
