received call with message about lowering my interest rate, hit 1 to accept 2 to decline.
i hit 2 to decline and i got connected to a person.
I asked to be removed from their calling list and the guy replied
"shut up"
and hung up.

I am not sure what you are trying to say. This website does not pretend that it can stop nuisance calls. It is simply a forum to report such calls and share information on how to stop them. If you want to stop such calls then you have to take action yourself. Get a Call Blocking Unit or a Call Blocking 'phone.

Had the same stuff but it's probably websites like these that are working with them. How can these website possible help but to waist our time? They can't stop them from calling. Give me a break.

1-866-590-7026 calls me mutipke times per day. No message left. A recording says it is a solicitation for a credit card. There is no online option to be removed. When I spoke with a live person and asked them to remove me from their call list. The live oerson hung up on me. I woukd like this incident to be reported to the authorities.

Caller ID reads CONSUMER SV - robo call about lower your loan payments and rates. I'm blocking 'em.
