they called stated they where from comcast and wanted me to download something to my computer so i can get a free computer help program

this party called twice no name no message. Others indicate its Comcast, I am a comcast customer - this site told me all I wanted to know, enuf not to return call.

I received a call from 866-598-9034 asking me to download a program for helping me with new features from Comcast. I called 1 800-comcast, they told me that they are not calling customers. Do not download anything over the telephone. Anyone can say they are a Comcast Personal Care Attendant.
