I have received calls from two different numbers.  the first call came from a Jeff Tower 888-286-9104 ext. 108710 but when i returned the call it was not a working number and I called back the same day they called for us.  The second call came from 866-640-0849 ext. 108711 but again i could never reach a person and after leaving several messages nobody has returned my call.  I do NOT beleive this is a legetimate company.  If it is they should rethink their tactics.  their sytle and phone system stinks like fraud.  the first call was made to us on April 27 and they never tried again until today, May 15, 2012 if its so important that they talk to somebody why has there been so much time between calls and why wont they take or return my call. LOL

Received a call from "Detective Macy Taylor"  from the investigations unit.  I called the number and a recording states that if this is an emergency please hang up and call 911, an obvious fake attempt at making one believe that they are some law enforcement agency.  Hey, they even have Spanish speaking recording so it must be legit!  What a bunch of crap!

Caller I.d. Was blocked, but she said she was detective macy taylor calling about my unpaid car note and that there was a warrant out for my arrest, I said "really? And you're telling me this over the phone? Ok". Then she replied in a smart tone "yep, I'll see you in a little bit when I come pick you up". As I was in the middle of saying "really? From where?" She hung up in my face. Guess she was pissed that I'm a lil smarter than her ploy. (Excuse any errors, I'm on my blackberry and driving)

(follow up)
So I called the number that was listed on here, and yeah, same thing with the phony 911 message, so I pressed 0 and asked for Detective Macy Taylor.. she paused and said nervously "who's this?" I said "This is Amanda, why did you hang up in my face?" she again paused and replied "What can I do for you?" I said "I just asked you why you hung up in my face?"  Then she got an attitude and said "Because I felt like it". so I said "Really, and you're a real detective right?" again she paused, then said "so tell me about the car", I replied again, "You're a real detective?" and again she said, "so tell me about the car", I asked 1 more time and she gave the same response, so then I said "Macy, I know all about you guys, you're not a detective so if you ever call me again and make fake statements like you're coming to get me and I'm going to jail for 2 years, I will sue your a** for harassment." Then I hung up on her, needless to say she didn't give me a call back.

These people are disgusting with their lying and sneakiness.

Oh, by the way, I got a call from an "Officer Miller" about 3 weeks ago, when I called that number back, it was the SAME recorded message at the beginning..Now that I think about it, I believe this is the same voice

A detective Macy Taylor called me and left a message stating that my car was going to be reported as stoen. Chase manhattan bank asked her to call me and boy were there a bunch of lies. When she got the bank on thephone they denied that they were going to report my car as stolen. She was polite but i contacted the Attorney general's office and gave them a copy of the tape recorded message and these comments

Well this Macy chick has been sending me pages via my Blackberry. She too left me the same sort of message regarding a warrant being issued for my arrest and grand theft auto etc. I am also with Chase bank. I guess they contract this General Investigation Unit to do their lying.

This lady is a fake all she is doing is impersonating a law enforcement officer. This in its self is a crime punishable by prison.  DON'T fall for her BOO game, report her to the Attorney Generals Office in Tallahassee so we can have her Private Investigators Licence pulled.

I called this "Dicktective" to see why they would call my father and not just come to pick him up.  "Detective" Macy Taylor tells me that a warrant is going to be issued.  She said that Chase Auto Finance was going to report the call stolen.  I looked online and found this site and wanted to add my story.  It's still not over because when I get in touch with her again I am going to ask her if she can investigate my balls.

Fake cop. They also called from a Dallas phone number- 214-761-9025 that was the Dallas county jail when I called back but left the above mentioned toll free number. I contacted the Dallas county Sherrif's department and spoke with the head of criminal investigations division. Then he had detective Phelps contact me to investigate. I forwarded a copy of the threatening voicemail with spoofed caller ID info because I have a magic jack phone and the voicemails and caller i.d. comes in email form. I explained they told my Father that there would be a warrant out for my arrest. Chase was mad because the car was out for repo for 6 months. She said that she had already forwarded the file to "the clerks office". Fake beeping noise on the line as if it was a 911 dispatch. Long story short they are full of it!!Chase Auto

we  received a call from a collection agency stating to call 911 for emergency, then Brad came on the line saying he was an investigator looking for my daughter. I am a collector myself, and since this was third party collections, they broke the fdcpa law and I am making a report of it, which in that case thay can get into A LOT of trouble, everyone should do that.
