This male with an accent calls me in a threatening tone saying something about agents standing by for the Chevy and is rude.  I don't own a Chevy nor have I been late on ANY payments.  I tell him that I am getting harrassing phone calls from his #.  I tell him I only had the phone number a couple of weeks and I would like it removed from his list. He is using a smart-alec tone asking who called, what was the name and what list? I told him they didn't leave a name.  He asks how he is supposed to know.  It is him, I know his voice.  I tell him that I am going to call the police and hang up.

He called again harrassing me.  Yelling at me asking me to give him my name. I changed my number again.  I am losing sleep over this and this is causing additional emotional stress.  The company called again with a different ID of just the #'s 323.  Then I knew it was Westlake.  I had previously called them right when I first got the phone number and told them that I just got it and whoever they are looking for is not at the number.  It seem like it was ok for a while but now it is not.  It scares me.

These people call me (with an accent) they are rude, obnoxious, and very belligerant.  They are calling me to ask me to call my brother in law and tell him to call them.  Apparently he is late on his auto loan payment.  This has been going on for close to two years.  I have repeatedly asked them to not call me.  I am not a co signer on the loan and have no contact whatsoever with my brother in law.  Last time they called and was VERY belligerant and told me that I was "acting stupid" and gave me a false # to call them back to verify that they were who they said they were, I knew it was going to be wrong, because the guy with the accent said his name was "Fred", yeah right.  I haven't heard from them in two weeks because I told them that I was going to start calling them and harrassing them right back, cuz now I have their #, hahahaha.  Now I am reporting them to the BBB.

They keep calling my niece saying she was listed as a reference on a car loan several years ago. She was not a signer on the loan and has no obligation for it. Each time she told them not to call but they keep calling her on her cell phone while she is at work.

I got a call from a female with an accent stating that she is leaving a message for the registered owner of the 2000 Land Rover.  The next course of action is (inauditable/I could not hear) and that they still had an agent in my area.  I need to call Westmay immediately at 866-606-5706.

I got a call from this number saying that they had information about my chevy equinox (I do not own a chevy), saying to call back 8666065706. Thinking they may have miss dailed, I called them back to let them know they got the wrong number asking for Samuel (the name he left on the machine). He would not tell me the company, and put me on hold for a while and I hung up.
