I've seen from other places that it is Rogers/Fido. It might be a bill collector (cause I haven't paid my bills lol) but it seems from a bunch of other people that it's basically just like a survey person calling to see if you'd like a bunch of lame crap...

They have called here 4 times in the last few days.
I have the number call blocked now.
