I've had 3 calls now from a guy called Mr. Rice, He's always very aggressive, When i tell him i have no debts, he gets verbally insulting, Calling me a deadbeat, then he resorts to threatening me with physical violence if i don't hand over my card details

I just got a call from this number asking for my husband.  She said her name was Alisha and that she was the account manager of DRS.  I never even heard of DRS but its the same number everyone on here has been saying 1-866-606-9942.  My husband wont call back anyway but I would like to know how they get our numbers. She also said that he came across my husband's app. with his social.  Seems like a scam to me!

I also keep getting calls from a Mr. Rice attempting to collect a debt. Caller IDJ shows Jacksonvile, Fla. 904-647-2676, but the call back number on voicemail was 866-606-9942. I too have no outstanding debts and did not return this call, sometimes the caller voicemail is fuzzy and cant understand it but the end of message is very clear about collescting a debt. They did not say who the person inquiring about was, so I didnt return the call.

Hi, I lived with my grandmother, she received a call from this number 866-606-9942 telling some Mr. Rice from Dynamic Repair Solutions telling my 64 yr. old grandma she had a debt, we she has never even had a credit card telling to call ASAP. When I called from my cell phone the operator said it was waiting for an available representative to get my call waited for several minutes.

Forgot to mention, he called from a local #, but left the toll free # for me to call back. When I did call back,(the local #) the fella I was talking to said I would "pay this debt, voluntarily, or unvoluntarily."  REALLY?!?!?!?!?

Well he hit again. Mr. Stein this time with threats and only at the end of voicemail does he mention debt collection. If they don't want to talk and want your credit info. immediately I say never return call and scam!!!

I too received a voicemail message at my workplace.  Trouble is there are several people that work and use this line.  I would like to know how to keep them from LEGALLY calling our workplace ever.  It's really annoying.

ms king called from 806-553-1804.  regarding debt collection; do not owe past due accounts.  did not say my name. call back number was 866-606-9942. going to some law enforcement folks I know. Ms. King we are coming for you.

Just got a message from a Mrs. Krayton? number was 1-714-905-5040 urging me to call the 866 number asap about collecting a debt, same as everyone here.
I do not have any debt and just checked my score- it's awesome! This must be a scam since she didnt even say WHO she is looking for! I am afraid this is a scam and do not feel comfortable calling back this number. I will wait to see if she calls again.

Received the same message. Haven't called it back since I don't own any sort of "debt". I'm highly suspicious when they do not leave any sort of identifying information whatsoever.

I've reported these jerks to the FTC. I have no zero debt to anyone and they are looking for someone I have never  heard of who has the same last name I have. A quick google search did find a person with the name they said, who lives in the same County - I have no idea who that person is, and they are too stupid or lazy to do the same thing.

This is some recovery company .I do not owe ANY collection agency or anyone who would be calling to collect. This is a scam. They try to sound offical and scare you. I had been on line about getting a payday loan and that is how they get your info. They hack it online. Report this to your lawyer or authories.

Why is this company still in business???  Got a call out of the blue today so I called back.  Big mistake.  The original message was from Mrs. King (?).  When I returned the call to see what the heck this was I got a horrible man who immediately turned on me.  (He said I walked into a Payday loan......I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN A PAYDAY LOAN!)  I was polite and asked if they would send me whatever information they had so I could look into it.  He told me he would ask the questions and that it was not my turn to talk.....everytime I tried to say "Sir, I'm sorry....but you are asking me to send you 2800 without knowing what this was about...he would say things like "Oh, now you think you can talk to me?  I know when I'm talking to a deadbeat."   He would not give me his name.  Told me I was being difficult....offered me an 1800 settlement.  Said I had until the end of the day to determine my fate.  He claimed I have recd notices that I ignored.  According to him, these "notices" went back to a 1990 address in New Mexico.  He rattled off all of my addresses and the last four digits of my social.    Again, I was polite and asked for documentation.  He verbally attacked again.  He then threatened me with jail time and said he was recommending legal action to the "debtor".  Then he hung up on me as I was calmly trying to speak to him regarding my rights....

I recieved a call form 18666069942 a man name Mr. Rice left a message on my machine to call this number but did not say who he was calling for needless to say I will not be returning the call.

When a shady man calls your unlisted number, does not identify who he is or who he is affiliated with, or even who he is trying to reach, then informs you that he intends to collect some sort of debt that you don't even have, yes we are going to conclude that it's a scam.
I received a call from a Mr. Stein about a collection of debt on January 14th. I knew of no such debt, so I ignored the call, and reported it on various websites such as this one (800notes, whycall, etc) and was one of the very first ones to report the number. He never called again. So several weeks pass, and I forget about it.
Then today, I decide to revisit these sites that I reported the number on. On 800notes alone, there were 3 more pages of complaints towards this particular number, most of which are people who are anxious and can't figure out why a strange debt collecting man would be calling them.

My BFF called me and left a voice mail telling me SHE had received a phone call from 866.606.9942 regarding ME. Her VM to me said that a Mrs. King or Ms Crighton (?) called HER asking for *her* to call back and it was about collecting a debt that *I* owe.

It is true, I have been dodging a debt collector for some time. I'm broke and have been job hunting for months. I'm behind in everything. I can't pay yet. When I can, I will.

As I read all these notes of "these debt collectors keep calling, oh what a scam, I don't owe anything" I wonder, "hmmmm, are you folks for real?"

It is Eugene Mutchler's annual debt calls.  Tax season has arrived and others want his money.  What a deadbeat!

They left me a voice mail and said to call them back ASAP because this is really important...blah blah blah...
They said something like they have to collect debt that I don't have any.

I had a call from Dynamic Recovery Solutions. The man left a nice message on my voice mail. Since I have no debt, outstanding or otherwise, I called to get my number taken off their call list.  Using my cell phone to call back, the operator asked what telephone number I was was calling about, because the number I was calling from wasn't pulling up in their system. This is what they are doing while you think you are on hold waiting for the first available operator. So when you are connected to an operator, they already know who you are.  The person they were looking for used to be a friend of my brother's. He probably gave our name as a reference to rent furniture or something. Haven't seen him for about 3 years, he left on bad terms, so she said they would remove my number as a contact number.

Received a call from Mr. Stein, very aggressive, no debt here, but he says he needs to talk to us about debt.  Tried to call the number back, you have to use your credit card.

Caller ID showed 480-428-1062.  Caller (Mr Rice) indicated to call 866-606-9942. story the same as others' complaints.  I too have no debt, pay 100% in full every month and have no late payments.  

they did say they were from Dynamic Recovery Solutions and there IS such a company in SC.but the phone numbers do not match.

Just got one of these exact same calls. Very aggressive male warning that they were trying to collect a debt. The number on caller id and the number they left did not match. We have no outstanding debts, so I was immediately suspicious.

this is a scam debit company they not only called my work number against texas law, I then strongly and rudely told them never ever do again or I would sue.  When I asked what the debt was they mentioned a credit card charge off of 15 years ago.  So I let them have it and they said they would put me on the sees? and desist list.  Let?s see.  These companies are phonies do not fall prey to them and do not be polite to them either. other number 866-606-9942 name that was left is a Ms Casesinger

Just received a voicemail from "Mr. Rice" about my "debt".

Received a call from a Ms. King (208-629-0450), an attempt to collect a debt, wanting me to call 866-606-9924. I have good credit and no outstanding debt, therefore I am glad I looked the # up and did not fall into a possible scam.
