They claim to be with At&t Mobility and even have direct information on phone numbers of the account and names of people making decisions, but something did not seem quite right, guess I am just one who needs to check things out thoroughly. The man sent an e-mail that did not look up to par for someone who would be affiliated with At&t Mobility, so I decided to double check the phone number. I called At&t Mobility directly and asked them if they could check a phone number for me to see if it was associated with their business because someone kept calling our office claiming to be with At&t. She looked up the number & said NO it is not affiliated with At&t Mobility. This is a SCAM!

AT&T Mobility sales. They misrepresent the call as needing to make important changes to your AT&T account, but all they're trying to sell you something or get you to buy a new phone and renew your contract. You can safely ignore them.
