I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't recognize.  They NEVER leave a message but if they did I'd answer their next call or call them back.

They call on Sunday morning and Sunday evening...never leave a message...

866 is a toll free number. Let's all program our fax machines to call it all night long and hit them with the toll charges! Set up a blank paper fax, remove your header information, tell it to retry like 999 times. The other end isn't a fax machine so it will fail and keep re-trying over and over.

It is indeed wamu credit card.  They called me for more than 2 months asking for someone that I don't know.  I finally got tired of it and I called the number back.  All you have to do is do nothing and wait for it to take you to an operator(it will ask you to enter your account number and social security number for a few times before it will transfer you to an operator) and you can let them have it.

another call another day and someone said hold on putting call thru, nothing, so i hung up and will continue to do so

It's against the law to call anyone on sunday in texas i will turn them for calling on sunday

I answered & asked for his name & his Phone # He said Steven and my telephone is (800) 280-9441 and he hang up, the 800 is phone fromo WM to activete Credit Cards. It is really suspect phone call

These people are a JOKE, they call from 8:00 till around 11:30??? hello people work during the times they call most? what is up with that.

Then tonight they call 8:25 PM great I will talk to these morons.... but when I answer it is silence on the other end? there is no message not sound at all. So I hang up 4 minutes later they call again, ok now maybe a real person but wait is is a recorded message "we have been trying to reach you blaa blaa blaa"

Yeah if you want to talk to people here are a few hints for you WAMU.
1) Call when people are home not when they are at work.
2) Get some people that have English as there first language not their 3rd or 4th.
3) Don't tell me when I talk to you we have called every day for 16 days straight trying to reach me, when I have caller ID and out of your 50 or 60 calls only 2 were when I was off work.

You know what always puts a kink in the operators day that calls you from 201-267-9017? Remember the good old air horn in a can for sporting events ( BIG EVIL GRIN )
