I get a call from this number about four times a day. I don't answer but they never leave a message. Very weird.

I have received four calls on my cell phone today from this number, 866-622-7547, all of which I have not answered. The calls have been virtually on the hour... 9:11am, 10:11am, 11:12am, 12:12am. This last time someone finally left a message. I have it saved. Male voice, no accent. "Hi, my name is Terrence Crawford and I've got a very important message for you.  Please call me at 800-741-9922. Again, Terrence Crawford and I can be reached toll-free at 800-741-9922."

I receive calls from them all the time.  I have received 15 calls today so far in a matter of 5 hours.  I answered it one time to tell them to stop calling me but they hung up on me as soon as I said hello.  The last time they called, I said hello and a lady finally came on the phone and said she wanted to talk to Mary.  I said you have the wrong number and you must now stop calling my number.  She asked who I was and I said it didn't matter and stop calling me.  She said okay and I hung up.
