Moved out of NY last year. Get this call once a week.

I have twice received a recorded message saying I have an unpaid water and sewer bill.  They said you can pay online at nyc.gov/dep

REALLY over this company!  I don't know if they are real or bogus.  When I pick up the call goes IMMEDIATELY to a pre-recorded message. I live in NYC.  Ihave been in my apartment for 27 years...I HAVE NEVER PAID FOR WATER.  Make them stop!
