No initial response upon answering phone then a female asking to speak with me by name.  I hung up since the response was so slow.

Another typical "automated dialer" with no one on the other end of the line when it's answered.  No one responds to anything and the line is then disconnected.  Real pros this bunch.  I'd strongly suggest you ignore them.

we get calls from this number many times a day.  We do not answer, let answering machine get it, no messages.  Other on-line searches indicate the number is for the NRA. I have not verified.  It is a robo-call.

I get calls from this number 3 or 4 times a day.  If it goes to voice mail, when I'm not at home or don't get to the phone, all that is left as a message is a partial word or sound like a syllable and it hangs up.  No name or company name is ever left or displayed on caller ID.
