Does not leave a message.  We do not answer calls from unidentified callers.

I do not, nor have i ever had any dealings with Directv or Capital One, and i also receive numerous daily calls & also on the DO NOT CALL LIST, so which company does this number actually belong to?

I got a call from this number - I don't even own a Capital One credit card.

Listen here, you self-righteous idiot. Many of these collections places call numbers that are not the people who even have the account.  They go digging for any information they can get and harass people like ex-wives, ex-husbands and old neighbors because they get that information from all kinds of sources.  So stop it with your self-righteous crap, yank your head out your butt and remember you don't walk on water.

It's Direct TV Collections department. Why don't all of you dead beats pay your damn bill? You owe it, pay it. If you can't afford it cancel. It's that simple. You all know it's a bill collector calling, dead beats!!!

They just keep calling me every morning at the same time like they have me on Speed Dial

Directv has great programming, but when your bill is even 1 day past due they start calling you!

I prefer to pay my bill as late as possible so they can spend more money calling me than they get in payment. LOL!!!!

I think this is directv as well.. they are like the maffia... if your credit card number changes and they auto pay does not go through you will get many many recorded call.. I am getting 2 calls a day... and I have even updated my number... and my bill was not do for 2 weeks when calls started!

I get calla from this number but they never leave a message just hang up.

I keep getting a daily call from 866-632-6513. No one says anything.

get calls from this number all the time and the same as everyone else-no answer,no human on other end.

The office is receiving three or four calls from this number a day. No one answers when we pick up, and calls to the number generate a recording which states that "all circuits are busy now."

Anyone know what is going on?

I got a call from this number AGAIN today. They call constantly, all hours of the day and every day of the week. No one is ever on the other line when they call. We don't have any dealings with Capital One, so I don't know why they'd be calling us! I'm on the DNC list. Now what?!

I GOT 2 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY --- NO MESSAGES WHAT SO EVER. MY NUMBER IS EVEN LISTED AS "DO NOT CALL"

We have two lines in the house...each line has a different area code and the area codes are not geographically near each other. We've had the first number for almost 10 years and the second number for over 2 years.

We have gotten calls for the past two business days.  First to the one line and then, within 30 seconds, to the second line.  They always ask for 'Deb'.  No one at these numbers has that name.

When we call the number back they answer (paraphrased) "Capitol One Credit Card, this call is being monitored for quality purposes.  Please give me your 16 digit card number".

I'll update if I can figure out more (BTW both numbers are on the D-N-C list).

I get a call from this number almost everyday.  No message is left.  These calls are seven days a week.
