This number has called me several times a day for the past 2 months.  Claimed to be "The Sports Club" and that they needed my updated CC information, because they claimed "my card was not saved on file".  This was BS as I checked my account and I have been charged correctly every month.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Town Sports International Club is calling for my Boston Sports Club membership. I updated my credit card information with them a month ago and they still called so I decided to speak to someone at the club to check if anything was wrong and they said that nothing was wrong and that the calls would stop. Guess what? They are not! So I answered their calls and told them that my issue was fixed and to stop calling me. Although my bill is fine, they don't fix their records and will just keep calling for weeks, twice a day. I will be cancelling my membership over this.

Every day for the past week ive been recieving calls from town sports saying my card on fioe was invalid and they wanted to make sure that they had the correct # and wanted me to give them my card # definitely feels like a scam

This number calls my home everyday beginning at 8:30am. The calls started because my credit card information on file was about to expire. After I updated my expiring credit card information, the dialer still calls me everyday!

This call is from Town Sports which operates under the names of New York Sports Club (NSC), Boston Sports Club (BS), Philadelphia Sports Club (PSC) and Washington Sports Club (WSC).

I wrote to Town Sport's corporate office and I spoke to the people at my local PSC gym but the calls will not stop.

The gym itself was fine, but I canceled my membership solely because of this annoying dialer that will not stop.

Same here. Said they were boston sports club and said my credit card expired. but my card did not change for past 2 years and they billed me up to last month fine. think it's a scam. they just hung up on me when i kept asking them why an issue popped up just now.

this is a collection agency that will call and harass you and state that they have lawsuits pending and that you should have received it at home or office.  This is against the law and these people should be stopped.

They call several times a day.  When I answer, there is only silence.  Most times I don't answer.  BTW, I have excellent credit.

stop calling me!  Andre doesn't live here!  Never did.  perhaps he had the number before me (7 years ago....) or he just gives it out to businesses...but LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

i started getting callsfrom this number few weeks ago... never leave a message. tried calling back... say they are NYSC- New York Sports Club... I used to be member long time ago... fisrt they said that I had outstanding balance because my CC expired.  when I pointed out that the last 5 months they did bill that card and get paid for were after I had fulfilled my 2 year contract so I had no obligations to them then and they are lucky I never noticed since I was hardly using the gym anymore... and now they keep trying to get me to join again!.. some balls huh

The caller from this number has left messages for my daughter. Today's message was: "This is Camille at the Boston Sports Club. Please call me at 866-634-8221 x530, regarding your membership."

This number calls nonstop and never speaks. If you return the call, it's just music. QUIT CALLING ME!!!!!

I got a few calls from them, and just called back.  Someone did answer, and said they were the Washington Sports Club. They asked if I was person so-and-so.. I said no. They asked if I knew someone by that name, and I said no. The lady asked me for my phone # so they can remove me from their database.  We'll see if I get any more calls from them.

They called me, claiming to be Boston Sports Club, and claiming that my credit card payment didn't go through. They asked me to update my credit card information with them, but when I asked them to provide me with information on which credit card had failed, they had to make up a number. They kept trying to get other kinds of personal information out of me, sounding scammier and scammier.
