Long Beach, California here. Charge was in some form of Check Withdrawl from PHE Subscriptions. Amount $34.95.
I've used PayPal recently to transfer funds to a roommate. He's having issues with some unauthorized charges to his bank account also but his bank (Citi) is taking WEEKS to get any answers to him.
I'm going to contact Consumer Protection, and local Police. If anyone can find who or where this number is located or registered to, PLEASE post the information here.
I'm on phone as I type with Bank of America...going through menu and being on hold to find their FRAUD DEPT IS FREAKING CLOSED??? I'm now officially PISSED.
Thank God for sites like this. Seems most Banks don't care about our security and crooks don't take time off for Holidays....that's why they hit during this time. Most people are too busy to notice this type of thing.
Another thing. Roommates PC has been compromised ... everyone check your computers for breach of security too.

I received an unauthorized charge of 39.99 on my checking account. I am unable to get through to this number, have called the bank and will begin dispute regarding this charge.
