I received a call Sunday the seventh of with a computer message for someone I don't know . I don't know F.C.C. regulations for tell- marketers and bill collectors . Somewhere in my memory banks I think it is the Elegal and large fines for these calls after a business hours is pursued through the F. C. C. if anyone knows the law concerning this type of harassment please post of note . Attention PLUM BOB

I get called constantly at various times throughout the day. Don't know if it'll help, I delete things from my Caller ID, but I have some times they've called saved: Thursday, : 1050 Tuesday, : 1258 Saturday, : 1527 All from. I used to get some starting with 877- but those are erased by now. =\

This is really starting to get me angry. I can't understand you they need. If they can't make it more clear who they are trying to contact, I won't call them back. You can tell it is done on purpose. More than one person uses this phone. It's not my job to figure out who (*^#(*) is. And quit calling on a business phone line.

These guys call non stop all the time leave threatening messages, they tried every tactic available to them. The company is National ENterprise Systems, they have a long track record of intimidation, threats and harassment of people. I just filed a complaint iwth the State Banking Commission for violating Fair Credit Collecting.
