they are a scam, they say you haven't paid your debt.
they are a fly by night company, they just keep on changing debt companies, but they are collecting from the same account number, which you already paid for.

why dont they ever answer????

This is the number left by global Collections - montreal, QC during their first message - messages were blank after this one.

I keep on getting calls from these guys, namely Madame Cotenoir, automated system that asks for a different person.

When we told them there is noone under this name, they were so rude and did not believe. They kept on leaving messages while we are at work. I eventually called this lady and told her stop bugging us and stop calling this number, again very rude person...

I want to report them and ban them from calling my montreal number...

i know it suck , and you are not in the wrong here . if you really do not know this person. belive it or not some people actually lie their faces off when we call them. Just explain yourself. i actually know this girl and she his a really good person( i work with her ...)  probably your phone number was on the guys credit bureau. this guy probably gave your phone number or had your phone number before you. and collectors have nothing to gain by calling the wrong person ...
