They advertise on FOX - we ALL need to contact FOX and let them know - then perhaps contact the Illinois Atty. Gen. - An address on there web site is Woodford, Il. I had seen their ad on a newsletter type email I get - have tried to find it - when I do I'm going to contact them and let them know what is going on.

Called 5 times this morning!!! Phone would only ring twice. Didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. Also, filled out the teeth whitening thing last week but didn't purchase. SCAMMERS!

I got three calls this morning, but I did not answer it.  I also had contacted Teeth Whitener on the internet last week.  I am glad I found this site; it helped me a lot.

I'm with all of you, they have called me 4 times within the last hour.  I don't answer, but you're right, they let it ring once or twice, then hang up.  Occasionally it will ring enough to go to voicemail.  This has been going on for the last 3 or 4 days.

I've received 4 calls today...spoke to them once....english was so broken I could hardly understand the girl speaking.  Calls started around 7:30 a.m.!

I've already gotten 7 calls this morning in just 3 hours. I tried calling back, but it just rang--no one picked up.

I picked up in time finally and after a few seconds of silence they asked for me - I told them they had the wrong number. They said they would like to extend the offer for Teeth Whitening to me and I said I was not interested and to stop calling this number.

So, I am hoping these calls will stop now.

I am glad I found this site. I received 7 calls from this number today. I too went to a tooth whiting website. I never answered the phone. I am glad I am not alone in this. The calls started at 8 am on my day off!

This number has been calling since 8:00 a.m. today.  They just called for the fourth time.  I am fed up.

Yea, i get calls from this number about 5-6 times a day - each day it seems to increase - anyone got an idea how to stop it?

I did the same thing. I did order the tooth whitening stuff. I have received it and canceled it. I got an email confirming my cancellation. At 7:30 this morning the calls started. I put myself on the do not call list, but I have received 4 more calls from them and I keep missing the calls when they do call back. I agree it is irritating!!

I answered the 5th time they called me this morning.  It was a woman speaking broken English stating she was from this teeth whitening company (and I wish I had wrote the name of it down, Brighter white I think).  I told her I was not interested, please remove me from their calling list and I hung up.  Wasn't 10 minutes later, they called again.  I'm going to contact Verizon.  Will post if I have any luck.

6 FREAKING CALLS from 8:04 to 11:45!!! OMG! If you call them back, you can put your number on their Do Not Call list. Hope it works...

This number has called me 3 times today (05/18/09) already. The first time I didn't answer and it only rang for a couple seconds. The last two times I wasn't near my phone to answer. I tried calling back and it only rings and rings.

I also looked at that Teeth Whitening thing and never ended up filling out the rest when they required a credit card for S&H. I looked into it after and realized it was a scam.

Guess I learned my lesson to not give ANY information if I feel at all that the site may be a scam and to do my research FIRST.

From 1 201-374-7232, New Jersey, 3 calls today: at 11:34 am, 1:08 pm, and 1:54 pm.  STOP IT!  I don't intend to answer yours or ANY unsolicited phone calls.  PERIOD.

Calls my house. The Caller ID says 'NEW JERSEY' Called twice this afternoon, thus far. I know my mom looks at teeth whitening ads. Maybe that's why they're calling?

Same thing happened to me. I did the online thing about the teeth whitener and saw there was a charge for shipping and handling, so I backed out. That was last week, Friday I believe. Today, 5/19, I have been called four times. They do not leave a message or anything. At my job, I can't answer my phone at my desk so I would miss the call.

I finally call the number back after the second time today and there's an automated recording giving you the option of putting your number on their Do-Not-Call list. I put it in and it saids my number has been removed. How about these idiots have called my phone two times since then? And I had no idea it was about the teeth whitener until I decided to do a reverse number look-up on Google and saw this.

well great, have called me three times in 45 minutes, went to google the number and found this site....I too did the teeth whitning thing too and quit when they asked for CC#....hopefully someone "official" finds this and calls them out on it.

I looked at that whitening ad a few days ago and have been getting calls from "New Jersey" with the same number. Didn't realize until now where it's from. Like most of you I only looked at the ad and decided after the S&H I didn't want to pay that. I know my number is on the Do Not Call List. I think if they answer again I am going to give them hell. If someone calls you more then three times its considered harassment. Perhaps we should contact the BBB? They have called seven times since Saturday. Hope someone figures out how to stop it without having to chew them a new a**! lol!

This number has been calling me all day. They seem to be on a one hour loop. I didn't even know what company it was until I saw these other complaints. I go straigt to customer service but can't get to a representative to complain. I did put myself on their do not call list but now I wonder if they just pass confirmed phone numbers along to other companies. I guess I have to learn how to block numbers on my cell phone. I guess you all know how irritating it is.

I want this company to quit calling me.  They have called me 6 times today.

Not sure about anyone else, but now they've switched phone numbers.  Today I'm getting calls from 201-204-0766.  OMG, these people are about to get on my last nerve!

The company from this number is calling me 50 times a day.  I do not know how they came to get my number but I keep telling them they are not going to send me anything I did not order and to take my name off their call list and do not call me again.  But my request keeps getting ignored.

I just finished filing a complaint against these people with the Federal Trade Commission through the NYS Attorney General's Office.Not only for this phone number but also for 201-204-0766 which was the number of my last 2 calls.If you wish to do the same go to "YOUR" State's Attorney General's Office and find the link for the FTC.There you will (should) be given directions on filling out an online form or they will provide you with a phone number or address where you can send your complaints.We need to stop the harrassment and stalking practices by these VULTURES...they are picking at our last nerve.Please help yourselves to become free of these scavengers.If we all do this together we can get the calls stopped...just realize it will take time...be patient I have the feeling they will be VERY busy with this.In NYS google NYS Attorney General follow the directions on the site.They have a toll free number also 1-88-382-1222 or 1-877-FTC-HELP....Good luck to all of you.
