They are a very rude debt collection agency. I paid off the debt I owed and yet they still call me. I asked for their fax number to fax a copy of my payment confirmation and woman gave me the wrong number. Called back and the Receptionist (a man) gave me another wrong number. Called back again and he told me I must have dyslexia or something. EXTREMELY RUDE and uncalled for, will be calling their manager on Monday.

They called me every other day even though I had no account and some d-bag named Jacob said I was harassing them by telling them to take my number out of their auto-dialer.
The New York Attorney General's office will be opening an investigation against them because of this incident. I just finished the paperwork and they told be to have my affidavit notorized and that I may have to appear to be deposed.
Make Sure when you complain it's the White Plains region office not Cuomo's main office.
