Citizen from my city received a call with questions about her social security information. When calling the number back, a recording answers, "You have reached the confenrence calling center. Please enter your password." She gave NO INFORMATION. Reccomended that everyone refuse to give any information.

My mother got a call asking that her IRS refund needs to be deposited into her account and asked for her bank information. I have reported this number and another number 210-693-0967 to authorities as fraudulent activity.

i got the same call asking for all back acount info saying I had to do this to get money from ssi they spoke spanish!!!
Got all my checking acount information then said once i get a card they would chage me 300.00 to keep a card for insurnce omg do not give them any information.Some one please do something to stop theses people please keep them on line do somthing .
came up on caller ID CEIL PHONE 990-2111 WHEN CALLING SAYS ACOUNT NOT OPEND.\ i Now have to go cancel my acount and this is causeing alot of problems for me and i am very sick . please call and report theses people

My mom got a call, within a few days of my dad's death. She gave her info but thank God had the good sense to realize she had made a mistake. We did manage to get her bank info changed before they wiped her out. In this case, it would appear they were preying on the elderly who had just lost a loved one.
