Caller ID listed ACS Recovery calling from 1-847-839-7700. Called my wife by her first name and wanting to speak to her about a Cigna Ins. account. Left a message to refer to File # such and such and call her back at 1-866-675-2478. We haven't had Cigna Ins. for 10 months and we don't owe them anything. When we get a bill in the mail we will pay it. We won't call back. SCAM!

They called me today. She said her name was Debbie and she's calling from ACS on the behalf of Blue Cross Blue Shield. I don't even have BCBS anymore. More than likely a bill collector.
