You people are so stupid. You the king of people that is never happy no matter what they get. Scam? Hell no! Free trip? Oh Yeah. Very nice at that. You are all missing out big time. Thats okay. I guess I wont be seeing you losers in Hawaii!

I just received my call from Simplicty Gourmet wanting to come cook me a meal in my home...this is a second wedding for both of us so the only vendor I ever dealt with was David's Bridal...I have never attended a bridal show in my life, and I just don't give my cell number to anyone, so it could only way they could have gotten my number was through DB...everything that I have read about this company says that it is a big scam to sell very expensive cookware.

Got a call from this damn company at 5:30 AM!!!!! Granted I was on the west coast, I guess they are east coast based, but damn!  I answered and I heard voices but no one on the other line SAID ANYTHING!!!

Guess if I ever get married, I'll avoid David's Bridal...what a SCAM!!!!!

I've gotten 6 calls from them today in the past 4 hours. Its ridiculous. I haven't answered, I missed all of them. But I realized it was a scam from the last bridal show I went to. I received calls all the time after the last one. Horrible!

I just received my second voice mail from this number. This time they told me i had won something and to call back with details. Did david bridal give out my cell number? I filled out something with them when I saw their booth at a bridal show. Is there something I can do about this?

I got a call from Pink Bridal Preview? I couldn't understand the lady. But i'm guessing it's a scam too. they are annoying.

I got the call from them today, and I received the same information about the free trip and invitation to a cookware show in my city.  I made the reservation to go, but I don't know for sure if we're going.  I didn't give any information out, except for my and my fiance's name and cell numbers (which they already had), and my email address.  I'm now concerned about whether there is any way this company can use this info or anything about the phone call against us in the future.  The caller on the phone was asking me a lot of questions getting me to say "yes" (ie. "Are you excited?" "Is this how you spell your fiance's name?" and the like) which I heard is one way they can scam you.  

Does anyone know if this is something to be really worried about, besides the fact that they may be constantly calling us on our cell phones?

I just received a phone call from them. I have never been to Davids Bridal but i was registered under some wedding stuff back in Nov when i was married. This is the first time they have called and hopefully the last.

I also got a message on my cell phone from Pink Bridal Preview. It was girl named Brittany saying I "was selected for a gift package." I think she got the wrong cell number because I'm a guy and it's a bridal thing but I'm very perturbed about how my cell number was accessed. Hopefully she just inputted the number wrong...

Well, all I can say is their slogan is right on the money. But only when it comes to their annoying phone calls.

It explains why they are calling, the number they are calling from is apparently their appt line. I never went to Davids Bridal, the only thing I could think of was the Huge PDX bridal show, where tons of wedding vendors got my number.

At least that website will explain it.

I received a message from someone named Rhonda telling me that I won something from a wedding package contest that I had entered.  I have not entered any package and received this call on my cell phone, which I do not readily give out.  After reading several other entries on this site, I believe that this company also got my phone number from David's Bridal.

This number is harassing me, along with other wedding related stores.  My number is unlisted, however, I did make the mistake of giving it to David's Bridal when I was trying on dresses.  I could have sworn that I checked a box saying they couldn't use/sell my information.  Is that legal to sell information after someone has specified that you cannot?

I am also in investigation mode with this company.  Simplicity Gourmet was at our local Bridal, show in Oregon, handing out free kitchen towels.  Has anyone actually accepted the vacation?  Have you gone?

*Magnum PI, did they offer any US destinations?  So far all they have offered me are Cancun and the Bajamas.  I told them I don't want to fly to any of the destinations.

I have had two calls from this company.  One is from a number of 1-866-255-7776 (Specialty Bride) and the other is from the number you all listed.

according to the caller its Pink Bridal Preview?  I don't know.  I've gotten 5 calls.  always from a noisy call center and the caller always has a southern accent.  Its almost difficult to understand them sometimes

I have received a call from this number 2 times so far. A man named Joseph left a message saying how I won something from Simplicity Bride. (He didn't sound convincing on the voicemail). Then today I received another call from this company, but this time a women named Rachel left a message stating how excited she was to share that I have one something from Simplicity Bride. I told my boyfriend about the messages and right away he said it is a SCAM and for me not to call them back. He is usually right about these kinds of things.

Simplicity Brides with a "great opportunity."  Sure.  As someone else said, probably via David's Bridal.

I received a call from this number at 10:00pm.  Are they allowed to call that late?

Recieved several calls from 1-866-676-9777.  I could hear people talking each time, but no one would say anything when I answered.

I received two calls in the same day. Never registered with any wedding related stuff, and I rarely give out my cell phone number to any one. No idea how they got it.
If anyone has had their number on the Do Not Call list for at least a month, then you can file a complaint on the DNC cite here: https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx . Just make sure you meet all the conditions. If your number isn't on there, then put it on, so you can tell Simplicity Gourmet that calling you is a crime.
