They called me about a QUIK PAYDAY payday loan I took out 7 years ago, which had a balance of 1549.29 now. I spoke to a Javier Ramirez and he wanted me to settle for my original balance of 700.00. I asked if he could send me any proof but he said no apparently they sent out some letters to my old address and they weren't required to send out any more letters so they refused to.(lazyass collectors) So obviously with no proof I told him I wasn't going to pay anything. I ended up having to go to court and paying over 2000 dollars with the court costs and attorneys fees. I think they saw I had just bought a new Lexus and that's why they decided to take me to court. Never doing business with payday loans EVER!!!
