Very harrasive.  Didn't have correct information about me, but kept fishing. Phone call ended with him laughing at me and hanging up.

This number is for a company called UFP and they appear to be bill collectors.  Their office is located Corona California.

Unknown call but after the second call I didn't answer, they left a message saying he was Michael Jones calling about a complaint dealing with legal matters that could have further actions if my daughter didn't call them back at 866-680-0115.

I know this caller is a FRAUD and I told them so!!  Asking for my 2 year old daughter and wouldn't tell me anything because I wasn't her.  F***in Dumb A**es!!!!!  They wouldn't even tell me who they were, just that they weren't fraud..BULL S**T!!  How's my 2 year old LEGALLY responsible for anything...and how did she give anyone my number??

If it were LEGIT they would've known her age and that I was her mother!!

Has anyone found out anything more about this company? They called my mother (i haven't lived with her for 5 years) on her home AND cell phone number asking for me. Gave her a 5-digit case number, told her it was Michael Jones, County Processor and that i was going to be SERVED on the following business day. I've never heard of anyone being warned about being served. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Friend got a phone call asking for me and did I live there so that I could be served.  Would not give any information to my friend not even the persons name who was calling.  Just gave the person a case and phone number for me to call.  Called the number but they wouldn't even give me the companies name I was calling.

Called my office asking if we had a process in place for employees to be served court summons. Claimed to be with our county Processing Dept. His name was Michael Jones and his job was to contact employers to ensure that people were currently employed before process servers were sent out. He implied that he worked for our local county office until I continued to question him. Claimed his company does not accept phone calls and does not have a number he can give out. When asked, he also stated that they were not listed in the telephone directory. He also asked if a process server had been out today and when I told him they had not to my knowledge, his reply was that was good because if they attempted to serve someone who was not there that it would show as a failed attempt and would reflect poorly on the employee in question. I explained that the employee does not work in the office and that any contact with him should be made at home. He then stated that the employee would have to call this number with a case number to have the summons re-routed.  I told him that in my opinion he was bordering on impersonating a legal official and that I suggested he have no further contact with my office for any reason. He attempted to argue at which point I hung up.  Glad to see this website, which confirmed my thoughts on this company.
