I also got the same message and have no account. I am not calling the number back.

I recieved a text on Jan 3, 2011 saying "CSCU ALERT: Your CARD starting with 4626 has been DEACTIVATED.  Please call: 734-612-7509.

The text came from 313-452-7598.

I called the 734 number and no one answered.  When I called the 313 number it said that the number was disconnected.

I do not have a card with numbers starting with the ones in the text message.

I am T-Mobile as well. I was wondering the same thing Likes2teach. I wonder if it somehow is a scam going through T-Mobile?

I got this message too! I called the number and it was a message machine saying inbox is full, call again later. I have gotten two of these kinds of text alerts in the past month. The other was bank of America whom I don't have an account with.

I received the same message 20 min. ago as well! What a bunch of losers. Don't they know we are too smart for their dumb a_ _es! Mine was the CSCU 866-692-8575# saying there was a prob with my credit union acct. BUT I DON'T HAVE ONE! LAME!

got a text 10 mins ago saying to call that same number (sender was "3628"), that there is a "discrepancy with your credit union account."  I have no such account. email they give is www@cscu.net.  sounds like these scammers are on a roll!

Discrepancy with my Credit Union Account.  They want me to call this number.  Yeah, right.  Kind of hard to have a discrepancy with an account that doesn't exist.

Got the same thing about 5 minutes ago.  No account, no clue.  But it was "from" a different company.  Don't trust it.

received a text saying to call 866-692-8575 for Cattlemans Bank who I never had ana account with. Total scam!  Text was received from 3662?

This is a scam. The number belongs to RINGCENTRAL, INC. (http://www.ringcentral.com/whyringcentral/contactus.html) They were told about this but have done nothing. Their number is 888-898-4591.
