Who is this?  They wanted information from me about AT&T phone service.  They hung up on me.

There is always silence, then they hang up.

It was AT&T.  I asked to be taken off the calling list.  He say he would take the number off.  I hope so.  They call every single day.  Sometimes there is silence and most of the time I don't even answer.
