Got this phone call again with this number, called back and it said "this number is not allocated"

what does it mean when a msg says the # is not allocated?

why are you calling me from 971-307-1211. stop calling me. i didnt answer

Got this call on Oct. 24 in the morning but missed it. Looked up the number and saw that other people have had this number call them too. Glad i checked bc now I won't call back or if this person call me again, i won't answer.

I got this call and i did not understand it I got worried because it was a recording that was in another language and the voice sounded serious and disturbing.

These people had the damn NERVE to call my cell phone!
I have NO idea what the recorded message was about - it was in Spanish or something???

I got a missed call from this # today. Dont know if its a hacker or one of those internet prank calls (using a fake #). Really tired of these effing prank calls, dealt with it for two years. Actually missed an important call from the hospital concerning my Grandma because my line was tied up with missed calls, voicemails, and threatening text messages from prankers. So whoever can stop this, or make it illegal, please do because it has been a nightmare for me. I dont know anyone in Oregon, so I know this must be a prank or scam.

They Foos Called Me BUt i missed the call and i called back with *67 lol
and said the number you have called has been allogated..

I got this same call today this morning but did not answer when i tried to call back I got this number is not allocated. What the hell, caller Id shows Falls city, OR

I got this call right now and he says ; Esto es un mensaje importante presione 1 in english this is a important message press 1 idk what the f*** is this but I end the call =D

This number calls and asks me in spanish to press 1, so I press 1 and then after about 5 seconds in hangs up... I call it back and the message says "The number you have called is non-allocated."  I never heard this message before?

So I received this number on a cell phone but wasnt able to adidnt answer.  It has no record per 911 records.  Its obviously a dialer.  Just ignore it. It has no caller id or location tied to it in the 911 system.

durante el dia de hoy a mi me llamaron indicandome q apretara el 1 ya q tenia un mensaje importante, yo lo aprete ya q acababa de hacer una cancelaccion de un producto y pensaba q era relacionado a esto.  Luego de esto me preguntan q tarjeta de credito tenia si visa o mastercard, luego engancharon la llamado.  Al tratar de comunicarme al numero salio que la llamada no podia ser procesada.  Realmente me encuentro muy preocupada por esta situacion ya q es la primera vez que me sucede esto.

I got a call from this number 15 minutes ago. I had just sold something to Oregon, so I figured it was a customer. I called back and the message stated that this number is not allocated.

Call from a spanish-speaking person to my cell. NO iodea who, neither did I follow directions to press #1. How did he get my cell #?

Have been getting the same caller on my cell.... I use Tracfone... dont know how they got my number...  as soon as I hear them, I hang up.
Never call these numbers back.. who knows what they are doing.
It is a pain though.. especially if you are far away from your cell and run
over to pick it up.

I recived today a call from this number. When i call back, it says that the internet call can't to be completed as dialed. So, is an internet hacker

Called my cell today. Got recorded request to press 1 for important message, all in Spanish. It's still happening.

In answer to whether I shared my number somewhere, no, I didn't. But although my number is not published, it is forwarded to by a number on my web page.

From Puerto Rico - I received the same call oct 29 afternoon, I said hello, nobody answered. This is not casual, who should we contact for more info?

i never answer these but come here first. I add the number to my address book as SOLICITOR1, SOLICITOR2, etc. Doesn't mean the calls will go away, just means I know they're crap.

I am from Puerto Rico and I have a missed call from that number, I did not answer because the number was not familiar for me.  Thanks I went to this site and read all this info. Today is Nov 4 2009.

but seriously, don't these solicitors know we look up the ominous numbers? Honesty, what's the point of calling people!

I got a call from this number today, I picked up and the message said "this is a very important call for you"I got scared and hanged up.
I found out the are code is from Oregon, and I happened to be there 2 weeks ago.
It's so scary tough.

i gota call from this number today, the message was in spanish, it said that it was an important message and to press 1, obviously i did not.  When i called back I got a message that the number was unallocated.
