Getting calls from this # twice a day. Message the automated system leaves is: "this is a call for John Smith. If this is John Smith, please press 1; if we have reached this number in error, please press 2 . . ." I don't know who in the heck it is, so how can I know if they have reached this # in error? Just because you have identified a member of my household, it does not mean you should be calling me. Idiots - if it's Allstate, they need to say so.

I actually HAVE AllState and have it set up for automatic deductions so if the bill is NOT paid it is NOT my problem
And yes - I am looking into other companies
I had to google the number since no messages are being left

This phone number is for Allstate. It is an automated system calling customers to remind them of overdue premium payments.

They called me numerous amounts of times never leaving a message. I looked up the number and saw it was a reminder for a payment due. I thought hmmm..this may be true so I called the number and they fixed me up so I was current. I appreciate the call but find it to be a flawed system when it wont leave a message on a voicemail. Too many scams and annoying telemarmeters out there, people are hesitant to answer a number they do not recognize.

They call early when im sleeping, no message. They call and wake my newborn, that makes me incredibly angry. I have been with Allstate for at least 10 years, with my home, 2 cars, and my motorcycle insured by them. These calls are so annoying, especially when its multiple times a day. Allstate, GET A LIFE!!!! I dont want roadside, life insurance, or whatever other BS they want to sell me!!! If i want to purchase a product, i will contact you, otherwise, p****off.

I have been getting harrasing calls - sometimes more than one or two in a given day. The person they are calling is a Cathy Goerch (guessing on the spelling) - regardless of how many times I have told them that person is not me they continue to call asking for payment... I have never had an account with Allstate and right now can guarantee I never will. My experience with them over this issue has been horrific.

Bill paid on time. Insurance paid on time. They are trying to sell me additional insurance/change policy, etc. I've told them I'm happy with what I have. Later a different person called me with the same pitch. UGH!

You probably didn't get a response because as you stated, "the call is from an automated " dialing machine. So, telling it to stop is probably going to be a waste of time..

NOT Allstate. Just called my rep to see if I was late or close to late, nope! My Agent told me that they DO NOT robocall, the Allstate agent would call from their own office and leave a message. The # is a SCAM.

Missed another one from the same number around 2:00. I also got an email from Allstate asking me to complete some kind of survey, so I'm assuming it has something to do with that.
I like Allstate, but they can be REALLY damn annoying and persistent when they call about stuff like this, especially when it's on a cell phone. Although, I will give them some credit...I asked them nicely to stop calling me about the Motor Club and haven't been bothered about that again for several months.

Missed a call from this number about 9:00am this morning on my cell. I usually don't answer when numbers I don't recognize pop up on my caller ID, so I ignored. No VM left. I Googled the number and ended up here.
I am an Allstate customer. I was slightly late on my bill, but I paid it probably 3 days ago and got the email confirmation from Allstate that it posted 3 days ago, so that may not be what this was about. They were VERY persistent on calling me to try and sell me some kind of roadside assistance or join their Motor Club or some crap like that for a while, so that may be it.

The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

I just paid my bill last week. I have been with Allstate for 20 so years. They have made mistakes in the past but I am tired of them- that is, I am tired of the agents. Anyway, I got a 3rd call today, one while I was asleep at 8am. I work my a** off during the week and look forward to a sleep-in on the weekend; they just screwed up for the last time. Oh yeah, I have a mortgage, and yes Allstate provides the insurance- for my last 3 homes. I have not made a claim since 1990- you would think that they would respect me and value my privacy.
Back to the agents- incident #1. Moved to Hawaii, bill went way up. The agent said “you’re in HI now everything is expensive” She did not want to listen to me fully and she was persistent saying she’s very experienced and is correct about the payments. 4 years later Allstate notifies me of an error on my account- I get reimburse a substantial amount of money- happy days but quite pissed. I move to Georgia and obtain an agent of my choosing- happy days are here again.
Agent incident # 2- He, yes, HE retires and another agent, SHE, take over the accounts. My bill gets jacked up by $175 per month because I switched to full coverage. My bill is almost $300 a month on 2 vehicles on full coverage. I went to another agent, but SHE says I could not change agents and that the account is correct. I do not believe them.
They must be losing money because of less coverage- the automated phone calls are the last straw- whether or not it is actually them calling. I have heard of these types of calls where if you press the button you are charged a lot of money on your account- some scam.
I pay Allstate, and if they want to use a computer to call me- indicating they don’t value me as a customer, then screw them. There are other insurance companies…

I've told these people numerous times that the person that they are trying to reach doesn't live here. It's an automated call so i can't really talk to anyone.
