After 13 calls in the last two days, I finally picked up. They asked for "David Goldbloom" and then the raspy voiced woman screamed at me for lieing when I said there was nobody here by that name. My husband and I don't even know anyone named david. This kind of behaviour and phone-scamming needs to stop.

this number keeps calling and hanging up with in 5 seconds and its driving me nuts i have recieved over 15 calls from this same number in the last 2 days so im wondering how to get them to stop no one speaks to me just waists my phone minutes

WHY IS THIS NUMBER CALLING ME. IT HAS CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES IN A DAY FOR ABOUT 1 WEEK NOW.

This site is a joke people.  They are in business with the very people who call you.  It works like this :  the number 866-755-2549 harassed the heck out of you ... you come online to find the number who is doing it. This site advertise links (the site gets pay every time you click a link) where you can go to find out who is harassing you but you still have to pay money..even though at first they say it free.   Virus protection people run the same scam.  Create a virus then sell you virus protection.  This site gets pay even if you don't click on a link... cons are everywhere folks!

How do you get this number from stop calling!!! Really annoying! I told 'em not to call me anymore but they don't listen!!!

My wife finally got a real person on the other end of one of these calls, and when she asked him to take her off his call list, he YELLED, "No!" ....and then he hung up. THAT's a way to get us to buy something, huh?! Fantastic salesmanship.

I just started getting these calls, two so far today.  I hope it doesn't get as bad as some of the previous posts.  I'm not answering and will try to block the phone number.

Have had over 50 calls from this number claiming to be Family Rewards offering me $350 in free gas and asking me to verify my address. When i told them to quit calling me and take me off their list they got abussive and told me they were from VISA and they could really screw up my account. They are still calling. How do you get them to stop!!!!

Got 4-5 calls for last two days - One call said they were from Amex letting me know I won a $350 Gas card.....had to buy credit card program.  I ordered her to take my name off the list - she hung up on me.   Now they won't stop calling me.

These people keep calling my boyfriends number for me.The jerks on the phone hang up after a couple rings and call at all hours of the day. If you do answer they hung up, if they dont hang up they do when you tell them you want nothing to do with them. The only thing we all have in common is alot of us have verizon. My boyfriend is on hold with verizon but dont know what will come of it I'll keep you posted.

I've received over 15calls from this number in the past 3days, how can I stop them from calling?  this is out of hand!!

Numerous calls, hung up when I asked them not to call again. I have two visa's, it has to be from one of them Chase or GE Money bank. I will try calling them later tonight.

these people calling me daily.  they ask for someone I've never heard of.  When I say I dont know who it is they hang up.  When I ask them who they are they hang up.  Sometimes when I answer the phone they hang up before I can say anything... does anyone have an answer?

I have been getting these calls 2-3 times per day for a month!  I have made it clear that they are not to be calling me.  They said that they won't stop!
I have called my carrier and they said they can't block a number for me.  Also, I registered a complaint with the FCC and am on the do not call list.  Now what?!

Seriously, this is ridiculous!  This number has been calling me 2-3 times per day for 3 weeks!!  I am on the do not call list and have filed a complaint with the FCC and I called my telephone service company!  Yet, the calls continue to come...  They refuse to tell me who they are and have even told me that they will not stop.  How do I make this end?!

I was sick tired to check id caller that keep call me that i can't hear the phone that i feel that scammer or look for hunger money something credit..or what......... I hate that all the time everymorning

I got a call today from this number the girl on the phone was chewing in my ear and rude as hell.  She offered $350.00 in free gas cards I asked her not to call again.  She said NO she will continue to call until I take there offer I called them idoits then she called my mother an idoit and hang up.  It's ridiculous.

New info...I have found a link to a book I bought by Kevin Trudeau called "Debt Cures". It seems this is the culprit, and maybe not the check place. I have found many others that bought a book from him and gets these calls. Not sure where to go from here, but am working on it.
Has anyone else bought anything from him?

they had called me many times a few months back and I finally got a person to talk to me when I answered. It was a company called Family Rewards, or so they said. They start off telling you that the call is about your VISA card ending in ####, but it is not a problem with it. They want to "Offer" you a package that basically takes money from your account as soon as you give them the rest of the number. I asked the guy if he was my card issuing company and he said no.
I asked how he got my info and he told me that "it is his business to know it and there was nothing I could do to prevent it". I asked him nicely to remove my name from the call list and he said he couldn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor and actually got one, or supposedly it was. Anyway, the calls stopped for about 3 months and now they are back. At one point in the conversation he said he would terminate my card! Like he can do that, NOT.
The program I use to block the calls show they call 4 or 5 times a day starting at 7 AM and going up until almost 9 PM.
Somebody sold your info to them or had their database hacked into at one time.
Most likely it was sold, as was mine. The check cashing place actually admitted it and made no apology because they get money for it.

It is most likely Family Rewards calling. They get your number usually from a check holding or fast cash business that sells them their contacts. That's how my number got on the list, from using a payday advance service one time. I have a smart phone now with Windows Mobile on it. Since you cannot block a number on a cell phone, which really sucks, you can get a third party application that works great. But, you have to pay a one time fee for the program. I use MagiCall and it works very well. I just block who I want to block and go about my business. It has many options to choose from. That's just one choice. These folks are persistent, and switch between numbers they use to fool you. They used to block their caller info, but I can block all anonymous calls too. They are fishing for the rest of your personal info so they can steal your identity. They only have your name, number, and last 4 of your credit card and try to get you to cough up the rest of it, then they have you!  And the ruder you get with them, the nastier they get with you. Good luck to all that gets their number on their hitlist.

why can't I find out who this is that is calling about 5 times a day? How can I block them or get my phone number off their list?  Help!
