Usually there is no one on the line when I pickup but today there was a man with an accent and it sounded like he was laughing about who knows what. I told him if he ever called this number again I would track him down and kill him. One minute later he called back and said in a comical sort of way,"I`m dying",I`m dying".Weird!

I have asked 6 times to be removed from their call list.  They still call....

they do not follow the do not call  list. they are just scamming.

I get about 3 calls a day from these people. I have told them I am on a do not call list and I get greatly perturbed when they call.
The call I just got the guy asked if I had something I wanted to get rid of. I could not understand what he said. I am REAL TIRED OF THIS!!!

I just put myself on the national do not call list here it is very simple just put in your phone number

These people call calling and even texting me. in the text is says text 'stop' to be taken off the list i did it and they text me at least once a day and i have limited texting. They keep calling i asked to be removed from the list and they still keep calling. This is harassment I want to look into how i can report these people they texted at 4am! they call at 7-8 am !!! one day when i was at work i looked at my missed calls when i got out and they literally called every 15 minutes. This is harassment if anyone knows how i can report these scum please let me know.

Yes - Applying for credit online is the #1 way to have your information stolen by these crooks!  Also, I requested information for free college courses from Coursera.org and immediately started getting phone calls and emails from PAY DAY LOAN companies.   I get between 20-40 emails each day and at least 8-10 phone calls a day.   You should report to FBI Internet Complaint department, FTC, and local police dept.  Also - they call my 81 year old mother harassing her and she even paid one of them with her credit card just to get them off her back. They PROMISED to send debt verification letter and receipt and they did NOT do it.  This is so very ILLEGAL!  They are impossible to catch due to phone routers and VOIP which makes them able to call from overseas and disguise their phone numbers, location, etc.   I have seen news documentaries on TV and it is a huge problem yet lawmakers are so helpless in catching them.  God Bless Us!

I have no outstanding payday loans so the "pay your bills" isn't the answer. they are looking for personal account information. threaten to call the law on them and they back pedal really fast

Receiving many of these pest calls and texts a day. Recently got a dept. store credit card, two days later INUNDATED with loan companies calling with various solicitation messages. Asked the dept store credit dept if my info was sold and of course was told no. Too much of a coincidence for me to believe them.

This number has called my phone 8 times just this week! One of the calls was at 6 A.M. another call was at 11:30 P.M. I haven't answered it because I constantly get people calling me about college. Everywhere I look online people say its a person giving loan information. My cell phone carrier (Virgin Mobile) doesn't allow me to block any numbers, I am so tired of waking up to these phone calls!

they have called me for over a year, it does not help to call them to take me off their list. I can't block phone calls on my cell phone so they are so annoying. I wish I knew how to sotp thier calls.

Get one call and if don't answer get another using different number.  Area code and all.  When answered lots of static and then foreignier answers.

Received call from 866-758-1083.  Whoever is calling calls several times a day -- as frequently as an hour apart and leaves no message.
