A lady called me today asking for me by name.  I asked her who was calling and she said "St. Jude Medical".  She then asked me for my daughters date of birth and home address.  Do they really think I'd give this information out to someone that says they are with our medical group, considering they already have this information.  When I refused she said she was document the record and hung up on me.  I called the number back and it was Progressive Management Systems, not St. Jude.  I asked the girl who answered to transfer me to a supervisor, she wasn't very happy about that.  She left me on hold for almost 10 mins before I was put into a voicemail for a "lead".  I guess she didn't understand that I wan't to speak to a supervisor, not a lead.  I didn't both leaving a message, I just contacted St. Jude directly.

Stop calling the wrong people, i don't owe any money to anyone, my bills always had been paid on time

My wife had a 400 bill from a hospital as her duductible. We already paid the hospital but they called us to ask for the interest which was 16$. I told her I already paid full balance but to the hospital account, not her company account and she told me that she put my wife on hold.

I paid the hospital full balance but she asked me to paid her company's balance (hosiptal account balance + her company's interest).

This company sucks, they collect medical bills with the interest 10.5%, if you don't pay within 30 days, they reported to credit card company and you will have bad credit.

I started getting calls this week.  They are relentless.  Everyday they call.  They left a message if I am not the person they are looking for to call and press option 2.  Then you leave a message asking that they take your number off their calling list.  We shall see if this works!

Wow. These people just don't give up.....they are still calling me trying to collect debts from my ex-husband who died in 2010.  Despite my telling them that we divorced in 2005 and his debts are not my responsibility they still call me. Even after telling them my ex-husband died in 2010 and to stop calling me they still call me.

Would only say the matter is personal.  If they want to talk to me they better say what it's about.

Female called my phone and stated she was calling from Progressive Management, she asked for me by first name. I asked what the call was regarding and she said it was a personal business matter. Then she asked me to verify my sons (who is 6) birthdate. She knew my sons name and then I asked again what did she want and she gave me the same "personal business matter". I explained to her that if she wanted me to verify any information with out any knowledge of who she was over the phone there was no need to speak to me. She then went on and asked me if I still resided at my address, and she stated my address. I told her no and that she needed to understand that I will not talk to a stranger that refuses to identify to me any information about her company or matter. She told me that she needed to verify that she was speaking to the correct person first. After I refused she told me that she understands and then told me to have a good day.
Whom ever this is, they sure have a backwards way of getting down to business and I am not interested in the scams.

Collection agency: Progressive Management.  They have an automated machine calling people and referencing collections attempts.  They give you a name and the number above to call.  Good luck getting rid of their calls.

This company is calling my work phone and leaving messages for my ex-husband who died last year. This is unreal. We were divorced over 3 years & his debts are not my responsibility. I'm curious as to how they got my name & work telephone number.

A woman from Progressive Management called me on my cell phone today wanting to speak to my 78 yr old mother. Refused to tell me what it was about, other than it was a personal matter. She said my mother had left my cell # as a reference (???). When I asked what the reference was for, she wouldn't tell me, again saying it was a personal matter.   After several attempts on my part to find out what they were calling my mother about, and her refusal to tell me anything, she said 'have a nice day' and hung up.
