After doing a little bit of research about the shady folks at  JC CHRISTENSEN & ASSOCIATES INC, I came up with some very interesting information.  According to The Minnesota Department of Commerce, they have been conducting business for several years now, WITHOUT the required licensing from the state board(see license info below). It also contains a note about some type of adminastrative action taken against them.  The number to the Commerce Investigation Unit is also provided, but I haven't had the time to call yet.  There is a ton of additional information available at the MN Commerce website~ http://mn.gov/commerce/

I just thought it was important to let everyone know that they haven't even been licensed for the past five years!  So please do not give them any monies, or even identify yourself to them!

I keep getting Messages from JCC about a past Debt my Brother owed I repeatedly said he has passed away Left no one in charge of his affairs because he had nothing.  He left this world owing Everybody died unexpectedly Family had to pay for everything including final burial expenses. I was  even threatened to have my home to have lean on.  If this is your practice oh so be it you.  Don't know credit laws in others states but my attorney advice me to take further action.  neither me or the rest of my family wants no more letters of threat or harassment of any kind sorry but none of us are in a position too take on that.  All his creditors needs to chalk it up as a lost.  Any more Letters or Phone Calls further actions will be taken. Was also told do not send any money death certificates of any kind a company can purchase their own its a matter of public record.  Hope this is the last letter needed,

I keep getting calls from this #. I tell them to stop calling but they continue to call.

These people prey on the families of the deceased. In our case, a member of the family died of foul play from someone she trusted. These people must have gotten the info from a phone call, maybe they are the ones who caused her death???? Over 20 calls, between death occurred and when the body was found. I want these people arrested and prosecuted.

I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE ABOVE NUMBER THAT I FEEL LIKE THROWING THE PHONE.  KNOW WHO IT IS SO LET THE MACHINE PICK UP.  WE DON'T OWE ANYBODY!!!!!  CAN'T SOMEONE TURN THEM IN TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE OR AT LEAST TELL THEM THAT IS WHAT IS BEING DONE.  IT HAS TO STOP NOW!!!!!

Sears.com admittly billed my Citi band credit card which now has ruined my credit rating. I have e-mails from Sears stating this. I recently received a letter from J.C.Christensen stating a suit will be filed against me.They sent this letter to a friend in NJ,I am in PA..I reported all these companies to the BBB as a record which Sears has done nothing to correct their mistake. I like to gather people who have been harrassed by these dept collects etc. and file a class action law suite.

We have been getting these phone calls 2x a day about a debt - We dont owe anybody anything.

I have found out this is a scam - If you get a human - DO NOT TELL THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!

Just tell them you have been warned about the scam and you are calling the authorities.

Called me about an "estate" I closed out 8 years ago. There were no debts.

Nothing is being done in Florida because we have a legislature dominated by Republicans.  They will not agree to any business regulation or anything that would cause any business, legal or illegal, any earnings.  Scams are allowed in Florida.  And it will get worse if we allow Rick Scott to win the governorship.

Don't vote for any more Republicans.  That's the only answer.  Then maybe we can get some consumer protection laws.

Received a call from JC Christianson & Associates "Probate Dept" requesting a urgent return call immediately.  These scums just don't get it.  I hope that they are caught and rot in ####.  Maybe they need to get a real job.

Tasha Smith of JC Christensen called my son-in-law's parent's house looking for me in regard to my mom's estate.  I have previously written these people Stephanie Myers in particular asking to verify the alleged debt.  Stephanie sent a pseudo-legal looking form but no answers. In most states unsecured debt is last in the pecking order as far as who gets paid from an estate.

That's the second time they left a message on my voice mail at work asking to call J C Christianson probate department. I just google the 866 768 5813 number and see the complaints. This is a Scam
