They called you to clean the flue pipe. This needs to be cleaned every two years. Dont listen to the people who have nothing better to do then to knock a family owned company who does the right thing for their customers. I had work done by this company and would recommend them to everybody. They will be servicing my chimney when ever it needs it. Half the people who have said nothing but bad things about them hasnt even had work done by them . What a shame!!
