Out Digitone call blocker answered this... I just happened to notice it picked up. We block everything except local area codes and a few people from out of the area. Don't bother with do-not-call; if a business has a connection to you they can call you. Scammers are breaking the law so why would they care if you are on a do not call list.

I called the number and asked them to remove me from their call list.  We will see what happens

Yes it is AllState.. I just called the number back and got transferred to a live person quickly, and told them to take my number off I wasn't interested...  Will NEVER give them my number again.  They harassed me for 2 days.  We'll see if this makes the calls stop.

This is Allstate or rather a telemarketer for Allstate. I got a quote yesterday online then called the agent an dpurchased a car insurance policy.  Since then I have rec'd 6 phone calls one at 912 pm last night, they call and do not leave a message.  So I called back.  It was a telemarketer trying to sell me Allstate insurance. He told me they were following up on my online quote.  I told them I already purchased a policy, and he tried to sell me more policies. I told him to never call me again, they had my business and now they lost it.  If I am going to give a business my money that does not give them the right to hound me.

It IS Allstate! Like you all, I too got a HIGH quote thru their website, so I didn't complete the transaction. But less than 10 minutes after I closed the browser Lo, & behold!!  I get a call from these scumbags. I had the lady go throiugh her whole process of giving a quote, then told her "Thanks , but no thanks." They were more than $300. higher than my current policy with State Farm!!! If I get another call, I will be reporting them to Virginia's Insurance Commissioner!!

Yes, it is Allstate.  I was checking out insurance quotes last evening.  I called the number back, told them their rate was higher than what I am paying now and wished to be removed from their call list.  The lady said  Ok, but we will see.

I bought a car a month ago, and contacted 15 different insurance companies and brokers about insurance, including AllState. Luckily whenever I deal with businesses, I give them a Google Voice number I set up that doesn't forward to any real line...it is just for voicemail. I checked the Google Voice history today and AllState called almost 40 times within the last 25 days, some calls were even made twice a day, but never leaving a voicemail. I only found out who was calling by doing a reverse lookup. The other insurance companies and brokers did not do this...many did not call me or only called me once or twice to check up. Do what I did and post a review on YELP.com about the harassment you're getting from AllState. Look them up under "AllState" and "Northbrook, IL" for the city. Let others know like I did what a piece of crap company this is to harass people into buying their insurance. I feel bad for anyone who gave out home, work, or cell numbers.

This is Allstate. I have demanded they quit calling but they refuse. I am receiving up to 2 calls a day!!! They have got to be one of the worst companies out there! How do they think repeatedly harassing someone is going to get them a customer?!?!?

I received a number of phone calls from this number over five days, but no voicemails were ever left. Eventually, I answered one of the calls. The person asked for someone name Tony and I told her that she had the wrong number. She thanked me and hung up. Today, I received another call from the same number, but again, they left no voicemail. I called the number back and spoke with a rep. I explained the situation and asked to be removed from their calling list. She said it can take up to 24 hours for that to happen and that's why I received another call today.

Good God man!! Last time I go online to get a car insurance quote! I've been bombarded with calls and e-mails since the second I hit 'Get A Quote". Thankfully I have an app on my phone that allows me to block any future calls. But geez! It's like a bunch of ambulance chasers disguised as insurance companies.

Allstate calling to verify a quote. Someone gave them the wrong number, they keyed it in wrong or whatever but it was cleared up quickly.

That is why I love these sites. I requested a quote yesterday and they were a lot more then any of the others. So thanks to others blocking them.

I went online to get a quote from Allstate just to see how it compares to what I already pay Allstate.  The online quote was almost twice what I actually pay.

I found out this number is All State. Couple of days ago I went on line for a quote and they won't stop calling me. This number on caller ID is unknown, if All State wants business they need to have there name on caller ID. How do you stop them from calling. I usually do not answer if phone states it is from an unknown person, but I wanted to find out about this number. This needs to stop.

I love Mr. Number (on my android phone, where it and many other wonderful things are FREE).  I just google who called me, confirm they're useless to me, and add the number to my block list.

Never gonna hear from them again, and they still get to pay robo-clowns to call my number :) stimulate the economy, sign up for every list you can and then get Mr Number!

the caller is ALLSTATE, to stop them do the following
1. call the number,an automated voice system will say thank you for calling ALLSTATE transfering to an agent. when the agent answers they will say thanks for calling ALLSTATE this is * they will say their name*
2. be polite and kind, after all they are just phone agents  doing their job. say Hello * repeat their name* please take my number off your calling list , the number is *say your number..the number you keep getting called on*
3. you never have to say anything other than that not your name , nothing,
4.then you just say *Thank you* and depending on the operator they may even say yes mam i will do that right now, it may take 24 hours to cycle through the system.  then in my case I just said thank you, goodnight. and I hung up,

it was all very polite and actually wasn't even mad at them for calling, bcuz I did fill in an online quote yesterday, so I knew they were just following up to offer their service.

Whoa.....I also had gone online to Allstate to get a quote for car insurance.  They  were WAY higher than anyone  else. So now I guess I'll be  getting phone calls from them. Interesting....of the  4 companies I went to for an online quote, only Allstate demanded a phone number. Guess that should have been a tipoff.....they definitely won't be getting any premiums from me!

I fell for the ad from allstate, too!!  I went online, to request a quote, & left my phone #. They have called me 4 X in the last 2 days, but never leave a msg!!  I didn't get a quote worth following up on at  2 & 1/2X what I currently pay - so I get these calls,  but never when I'm here to answer & give them a piece of my mind for quoting such a high price!!!

Yeah, I too, was quoted a very high insurance rate (even with a stellar driving record) from Allstate. I found a quote that was 50% of the Allstate quote.
I really want to like Allstate and I want them to have awesome prices, but it's just not competitive enough for me.
