I keep getting phone calls from this number, I can not be certain if they are calling my cell phone or my home phone as I have Call Forward on my home phone.  These calls come everyday, and when I see the 866 number, I do not answer the phone.  I have however answered the call in the past.

At a security seminar, one of the lecturers mentioned that computers dial numbers and record data as to when these calls are answered, there by providing data to certain groups as to when someone may be available to answer a call.  Usually it is a company who wants to sell you something over the phone.  Since my phone numbers are all on the Do Not Call List...it makes me wonder what good my phone number would be to phone solicitors.

The calls are daily  and are becoming very annoying.

Got a call from 866-810-3422 at 1:30pm on Monday. No one from the other side said anything for a while so I hung up. Based on what I saw in other forum, this could be comcast. I did have comcast service guy come here last week so based on what others said, it was probably related.

I just got the cal from 1 866-810-3422 ,I answered and it was a person taking a survey on my order of Comcast service and installation.
It was first call so ,hopefully I won't get any more.

i started getting calls from 1-866-810-3422. I answered 2 calls. no body replied and call got disconnected later. who nis doing this ?

I get daily calls for a week. When i answer there is only silence.

I did have Comcast installation last week.
Although if they keep calling with nothing but silence, i wont using their service in the future.

I too keep getting calls from this number.  No message, just calls that I don't answer because of the 866 area code.  Like others I did have comcast out to my new residence last week.

It is the Comcast survey and I have had Comcast for 6 mo. now.  They would call every day until I answered and I've done the survey nicely three times now.  Like I said, I've had service for 6 mo. and they still call every once and a while. It's very annoying!

Yeah same story here I had Comcast install my service last week and I keep getting daily calls from this number too, no voicemail and because it's a 866 number I do not answer. I agree it's very annoying and feel something should be said to Comcast.

How long until your daily calls from this number stopped?

I have had 10 unsolicited calls from 866-81-3422 in past 3 days but do not recognize the number on my cell call id so i do not answer the call.

I've had this call for about 2 weeks now. It's from the number 866-810-3422. When I call back it's from a company "Serivcom" in regards to a Comcast installation and they re-direct you to a voice box 20056.

I called Servicom at 902-562-4193 and they seemed confused that this was happening, and they took my number off of the call list. I'll see if I get this call again, but take it up with them to get this fixed.

It must be Comcast.  I've gotten three calls from this number in the last two days.  Haven't answered it but I had Comcast internet installed last weekend so based on all these other experiences I'd say that's what it is.

I did not answer the call initially, but called back later.  It is Comcast doing a survey on an installation we had done.

I have had Comcast for 6 days now, and I have been getting 2 calls per day since I installation. Normally there is silence and I hang up after hearing no response.  Today I decided to just wait-- I didn't say hello, I just waited. Finally a lady came on the phone to say she was taking a satisfaction survey for Comcast. Now hopefully they will stop calling.
