Spoke with a LIVE PERSON!  He asked for a Dave Perry, and I informed him he had a wrong number, because I've had this one two years!  I hung up without any further communication.

Almost every evening, sometimes 3 - 4 calls a night.  Whoever is the perpetrator is a threat to my right to quiet enjoyment.  This is harrassment, pure and simple and I hope someone can disable this operation soon.

Receive a call from this number nightly.  They say on the message that it concerns a check I wrote.  I do not trust them and will not give any information out.

Found this number relates to a US Bank marketing firm.

Recieved call from this number - seemed like a credit card scam - identified themselves as "USA Bank" (which there seems to be no such bank.)  Then they said we were approved for 1.9% credit card.  She then wanted to go thru the 'application' process and get our personal info.  We said no, and hung up.  Then called our real bank - and they said it was probably a scam.

These guys stopped for almost a month.
I figure it was a combination of the following actions:

1- I contacted my all credit card companies and asked them not to share my phone and other personal information.

2- Kept adding complaints to Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov/)

3- I emailed the state attorney general the documentation I kept (date, time, numbers, etc.) for each call.

I'm not sure what worked before, but I guess I'll have to do it again...

Voice XML Reservation/Appts System with Web Admin Backend

to handle Reservations or Appointments into an
Access 2002 or SQL Server 2000 backend system.  

These Reservations can be originated using an Interactive
Voice Response System (IVR), a Web enabled form, and

They all feed into the same backend database in real-time
