Every Saturday call comes as well as calling everyday after 7pm

this number calls me several times a day, no message left, has been happening for the past several weeks.....what is the purpose of the Do Not Call List?  I am on it and have been for a long time.

same here. does anyone know what company this is? i get at least one call per day.

I have been telling these people that the people they are looking for have not had this number for over a year.  They continue to call and will not identify themselves.  I finally contacted an attorney today and I think the calls will stop very soon.  They are total idiots with no regard for anyone!

I've got several call from this number asking to speak to my son in the last few days. My son was here today so I found out it is a company selling accidental death insurance though Bank American. My son has a Bank American checking account.
So if you have any account with Bank American that is where the problem is.
Bank American gives out your phone number to companies that partner with and that somehow defeats the "No call list".

It's Bank of America. They call their own customers trying to sell products, but do not leave messages on answering machines. Asking them to stop won't help, you have call the number back, and select the automated option to stop the calls. I did this on April 2, so far haven't received another call.

Answered this call one day, man stated this was a curtesy call; he hung up befor I could respond.  They are also calling from 866-801-8623

I have written to B of A; they continue to call.

The caller ID shows "Bank of America" as the caller.  It is actually a scam.  A message was left that a deposit was made in the amount of $4,500 and I am to return the call to accept the prize.  It is actually the same idiot from Jamaica that has tried numerous times to tell me that I have won a prize and all I have to do is sent a money order for the taxes.  NO WAY!!!

My mother might have raised a fool, she didn't raise an idiot.

yeah banc of America has several underwriters for insurance and stuff like that, so you can get like 7 calls a day from banc of America.  and if you are on the do not call list there sill is nothing you can do because if you use your bank of america account you have a "open business relationship."  I say find a real BANK instead of a "banc"!!!!!!!!!
