Sounds like the TD Visa thing is spot on. BTW some guy gave me the extension #1351 to call for some reason.

They asked me if I had the person's cell phone number and I told them no. If they ask again I'll tell her theres enough a**holes wasting her minutes she dont need more people doing such.

this number calls me five times a day for the last seven mounths I asked them to stop calling my number that did not work. I beleave it is a scam I will  not listen to what they say for one time they say they are a law ferm and the next time they asked for someone but you can not make out the name they are asking for.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and never leaves a message, when I called it back The person states it is regarding a TD Visa account that I never had in my life , then when you ask what agency she is she states it really fast and you cannot understand her and she wants to know your information. The second time I called back it sounded like she was on a cell phone and driving. DO not give any information to this person they are a fraud!

Same here. Call 5-6 times a day and either no voice on the other side or just play music.

My Telco advised me not to call back as although the number looked like toll free but it could be a charge number.

This number 866 830 7434 keeps calling, has a buzzing sound, then loud music blaring, followed by the inability to allow me to call out using my home phone line to make a call for about 2 minutes. I am reporting this to the local police authorities since there appears to be no way to speak to anyone on the other end to stop this harassment.

This number is calling me and claiming that I owe $658 on a TD bank account I closed over 6 years ago.  THIS IS A SCAM! I phoned the police and they said to call transunion and equifax and put a flag on my account.  They proceeded to tell me that it does not effect my credit nor will they take me to court. I asked for documentation that i owe this money and the lady got really belligerent and ignorant. I hung up on her.  If this number calls DO NOT ANSWER OR GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION THIS IS A FRAUD SCAM

these ppl call ALL the time. They rarely leave a message, but when they do it's automated and all it says is "this is ICOR, you need to call us right away"... they never say who they want to call them though, so it can't be that important.

When I do pick up the phone no one is there! The called me at 7:30am this morning!
UGH!

not a legitimate number, so unable to put on "do not call" list, suspect is fraud, so I did not call back
I don't call numbers I don't know back, or that I can't find on the internet
I have dozens of these I have reported
I put lots of them on a pay-phone harassment report and they stopped
