This is state collection service or a service that calls out for them.  Only gave one creditor my secondary cell phone number and they referred my file to state collection service and that is when I started getting these calls.

Called my work and hung up when I asked who was calling

Jim called my work and did not say who he was with or what the call was regarding.  He just left a message to call him back.  yah, right?!
