***And if I wasn't clear, CANCEL YOUR CARD!!!!!!!!!!!  Don't wait for it to "get figured out".  Cancel your card and get a new one.  Besides with scams like this, your information has probably already been sold to other people.  Make sure they can't hit you again with the information they have.  If the card is cancelled, they can't charge anything more.  If a charge has been made and is in dispute, you may not get the money credited back per the sellers terms and conditions.  So prevent anymore from happening and CANCEL!!!

I  also fell for their sales pitch and ordered the dazzle tray kit. When I checked my bank balance. I found an unauthorized amount of AUD$54.67 deducted on the same date from accesscleans8668477649. I have now cancelled my credit card so they could not help themselves to any more of my funds as they are not to be trusted. I then called The Australian toll free number  1-800-153-318 on Sunday and some guy answered. He tried to tell me that in the terms and agreement of section 5 that I had agreed to it. I pointed out that this was not the case  as I had not authorized anything with the other company and he kept shouting that I had agreed to the terms and agreements in section 5 and that everything was perfectly legal. He then hung up on me. When I called back I only got the answering machine.  Where to next? Choice magazine,  consumer affairs or is it possible to track down this number?

I have received transaction on my credit card on the 30/10/2009 from accessclean 86684774649 for $87.62 USD = &103.01 Aust which included incl overseas TXN Fee $3.98.I have no idea what this is for except I had free trial of Acaiburn capsules what can I do about it.

I have also been caught by this scam and been charged varing amount from my account over a very short length of time.  My card details have also been used for other internet purchases that I have not made over this period. My bank have cancelled all card details to this account and re-issued new ones and i'm now in the money recovery process via my bank - Barclays UK who have been very helpful.

Just got off the phone with them for the 20th time, they've been telling since November that they've issued me a credit for a product I had ordered but proved that I'd returned it, they acknowledge that part and assured me everytime I called that the refund was on it's way, so finally today I called my Bank which tells me that because it's been more than 30 days they can't help with a claim against them, I can only assume that these scammers know this policy and therefore keep you hopefull that you will get the refund and then it's too late. They even asked me to fax my Visa statement to prove that I didn't get the refund, anyway I told the girl at the other end of the phone that they (she) was a big scammer and hung up on her. Thinking back I should have asked her how she sleeps at night..... I might keep calling just to piss them off.

same scammers got me. hit credit card account 3 times for $79.95,$87.62, and $87.62 in 10 days. telephone #'S are go healthy:866-535-0816. improvehealth: 866-807-7356. and accesscleans: 866-847-7649. one hell of a scam. will give you bogus confirmation#'s bogus cancellation#'s to shut you up. nothing is free now a days. free s**t seems to cost way more than expensive s**t. thats what these people put in a bottle and thats what about what their worth. s**t!!!

Saw this on TV, I used to be a telemarketer so I should know better, but the news said it was safe, so I went for it.  So after receiving the charge for $48.92 I called my bank, had to wait till the charge was done pending before I could proceed.  I tried the trial period for cleanwhites.com and premiumwhitepro.com. After online couopns, cleanwhites was 99c and premiumwhitepro was $1.95.  On my bank statement, cleanwhites.com charged under the name healthclns and premiumwhitepro under ultifreshwell.  Also, the charge of $48.92 is a third company named accesscleans, which premiumwhitepro says is their charge.  On premiums site the option is given to extend your trial period.  I am positive that I chose NOT to extend it. However, the customer service rep I spoke with says that I did choose to extend, and thus agreed to the $48.95 charge in their terms and conditions.  I never received an email confirmation of this $48.92 charge, I did for the 99c and $1.95 charges. Both companies show addresses in the United States but I received international charge fees because the headquarters of these companies are acpparently in other countries.  cleanwhites.com states that you must mail back the package used or unused within 14 days of cancelling in order to receive no more charges, but in order to send it back, you need to purchase a ups shipping label from them for $6.99 using the credit card they have on file, and they will email you the label so it can be printed and put on a box.  They also says its cheaper than just going to UPS (right...)  If you simply mail back the package to the address on their site, it may not get to the right department.
premiumpro didn't mention anything about cancelling for the $48.95 charge since it apparently extends the trial period.  However, their terms and conditions states that even if you decide to cancel in the 14 day trial, you will still be charged $87 and some change.
I have currently cancelled my card.  My account went overdraft because of this and I have 3 overdraft fees, plus the international fees.  Luckily my bank says that the overdraft charges should be reversed within 48 hours and the $48.92 credited back to my account, but the international fees will remain.  Also, they said that since my card is closed, I should feel safe cancelling with premiumwhitepro without receiving the 87 dollar charge and that if I mail back the package to cleanwhite and record the tracking number, then there can be no dispute of whether or not the company received it; not my fault if this companies office workers can't deliver mail to the right department.  So all in all, stay away from something if it sounds to good to be true, even if the news says its safe.  They obviously just took someones word and didn't try it themselves.  Cancel your card and pay close close attention to terms and conditions before you buy.  Don't just skim.  Its that one sentence you miss that makes all the difference.

This happend after I orderd a free trial for ACAIBurn.

On Oct 8th I ordered the Risk Free 30 day trial period for AcaiSlim & Advance Cleanse from a Wedding Weightloss ad on Facebook. Both companies called me back to confirm and attempted to sell other products to which I firmly REFUSED all additional products. I thought I'd be safe in doing so.
I have Fraud Alert on my CC and On Oct 22nd they sent me a text asking: did you attempt $79.95 from a chemist on 10/22? If Yes reply 1, if Not Reply 2. Well I replied 2 and Chase called me back immediately! They blocked the charge and that's when I started looking everywhere for a # call to cancel both products. What a chore but when I called I got the automated system with prompts 1,2,#3 but regardless which I chose, they were closed.
Finally on Oct 27th I was able to speak to a rep to cancel both products. In doing so I learned that there was another product on my shipping queue for Extreme Relief which I did not authorize. I explained to the rep that I never authorized that product and will NOT accept or pay for it so please cancel it NOW.
I was given cancellation confirmation #'s for all the products on 10/27 but to no avail, I am balancing my checkbook when I see the charge for $87.62 for AccessCleans and a phone number missing the last digit.. so I type in accesscleans in my seach window and found this post! I haven't ever heard of this stuff so Yeah - I'm gonna go to my bank and check it out tomorrow.
I'm also contacting Facebook to inform them of the fraud taking place via the ads displayed on their website. youbetcha!! Wish Me Luck!!

wow look at this section of their terms and conditions, i found at the bottom of their web page that you wouldnt see while placing the order, like i did, from what i got from this they are trying to cover every part to where you cant get your money back, bunch of crooks that they are.

lol i had to call the number 1-866-543-6497 to cancel the subscription or they were gonna be charging me $87 a month. when i finally get through the guy on the phone says he can handle only one account per call so he cancels the acai pills subscription, then i have to call again to cancel the ultra cleanse, the girl i talk to says they gonna email me shipping instructions, and that i have to ship the stuff back before they can refund my account, funny thing the stuff hadn't shipped out when i got their live chat last night, but they had already charged my bank 48.92 twice and that person tried to argue with me saying they only charged me once. then i tell i am looking at my bank account online right now and that one charge was at 6:21pm and the second was at 6:52pm. so he says ok we will be refunding the 48.92 in the next 24 hour for one of the charges that it was caused by a "technical error".
I went to my bank today too and had my debit card cancelled and a new one issued, they will not be getting any money out of me any more.

I have had exactly the same problems. I've just cancelled it via their online chat facility. They wouldn't do a refund unless I called them. So I called them, and once I got through (took ages)this is where I found out the below information.

They scam you because your 'Free Trial' is for 14 days only. They actually send you 1 months supply (all in one bottle)so when you open it, you have no way of sending back the extra pills as your package has been opened. Cunning to say the least.

As payment has cleared, CC company cannot get money back. Any further payments will now be monitored and blocked by mastercard. They are aware of this company's scams and this company even changes its name on a monthly basis to get around the monitoring aspect of the CC company. So I am outraged to say the least that i got scammed in the first place. As the wife opened this tablets I cannot send them back.

yeah i too delt with these guys, called my bank but the charges cleared yesterday..

they called me a couple days later asking if i wanted to subscribe to some other junk for 4x.xx a month (twice for two diff products) and i had to tell them repeatedly that i did not want it!! however when i called today i am with in the 30 return window so i can send the free trial back and get a refund, i recorded who i talked to date and time so if anything goes south i can get the convo pulled up and take them to court...this is a bunch of bull though!!! im just glad i never opend the bottles so they have no reason to give me anything less than a full refund!!!
