Get calls from this number everyday. When trying to return the call, no one answers. Don't know who it is so report it for investigation.

This number calls me 2 times a day for the last few months.  called back answer with a strange beeping.

Got a message from this number yesterday.  Have tried to return the call 4 times today.  No answer at other end.

I THINK WE SHOULD SABOTAGE THEIR COMPANY TOO.  I MEAN THE NYSC.   NO ONE SHOULD SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM   LET THEM GO INTO DEPT OR BANKRUPT AND CLOSE COMPLETELY AND THEN WE WILL ALL WRITE TO THEM AND SAY:  HOW DO YOU LIKE PAYBACK TIME LOL

I would never refer them to anyone if you value your money I only signed up for a year..
Never rolled over my membership. They continued to deduct from my bank for 3-6 months into the second year before I had to drop that bank account.So now I get 3-5 calls a day 5 days a week its them this number comes up all the time.
whoever I am with at that time I explain what a gaff this gym is and turn another person away to other place. Its def bad advertising on there part.

Got a voicemail from this number and when I called back, I was put on hold...a little too long for my comfort so I hung up and Goolged the number. Seems a little questionable. I am also a former member of NYSC but left in good standing. Not sure how they got my number or why; but thanks for the tips on who they are and how to stop the calls!

I get repeated calls on my cell phone from 866 850 4419 from individuals who fail to identify themselves except by their personal name and who speak English incomprehensively.  They insist on my providing them information about myself and fail to clearly identify who they are and why they want the information.  I too ahve tried to call back and get information so that I can reduce the mater to a writing.  No success

Let's all call them at once and haress them back. These people are sick.

Its NYSC I'm moved from NJ to NY and there were no NYSC within 60 miles, per there contract if you move over 25 miles away you can cancel.  I sent proof of address, my new vehicle registration and a copy of my license.  They said everything was good then tried charging me for not paying my memebership, I told them to fly a kite and these idiots call me all the time, when I have a few drinks I answer and mess with them.  They say "I'll destroy your credit" too bad a bought a HOUSE, CAR, and GOT A NEW CREDIT CARD since the NYSC BS!!!!  Screw them, tell them to get F#$%ED and enjoy your life!!

Keep up the call backs to Nars they are a scam bootleg collection dept. just like NYSC customer service .and over priced gyms NYSC . Keep up the calls to Nars .

I used to be a NYSC member too.  It makes sense now that this has to do with them.  I had called to quit a couple of times and they wouldnt stop billing me.  I forgot about it for a few months till my credit card expired. That's when all these calls started because they weren't getting their money.  I'm wise to their "call" numbers now and usually silence my ringer and let it keep ringing.  

The other number I get calls from is 1-8666348221. If you get a call from this number, you know it's your fav sports club calling...frkkin crooks. Wish I could call the Leverage guys or Michael Westin to take care of them.

Received 3 calls today within a 3 hour span, answered the last call. There was no identification of the company that was calling but they claimed to be calling on behalf of Boston Sports Club for an overdue bill of some obscene amount. What really bothers me is that there shouldn't be a billing issue at all - BSC terminated my contract because I am no longer at the company which had negotiated my rate and handled the billing for all employees, which was fine with me. The proximity to my old office was the only reason I had maintained the membership.

As I tried to explain this to the woman who had called, she continuously cut me off. I then requested a copy of the alleged outstanding invoice to be sent to my home address which is in all of the records maintained by BSC. She claimed to have no access to this information.

I will not provide my home and personal contact information to any firm that doesn't a) identify themselves and b) allows for no conversation.

The woman then hung up on me. I will be making a call separately to the gym to handle this manner. I can't say that I'm surprised, I've heard many stories of similar calls initiated by Town Sports International which is the parent company.

We are getting at least 2 phone calls a day from (866) 580-4419 - one an automated message and one call from a woman Ms. James demanding to speak with my boss very rudely. I proceed to take a message and she has such bad attitude that I Google her phone - come to find all this.
She called again today and I confronted her telling her that their company is a scam and I Googled her info. She hung up right away. I decided to have some fun with her - she will get pranked every time she calls until she goes on monster.com and gets a real job.

I finally got through. They won't give the company name & when I asked for a Manager I was told no one was there. They would not give a name or time I could call back, but wanted my name! Called AT&T to try to block the # & it's $4.99 a month. They recomended the BBB, but how can you report a company that you don't know the name of!

I receive calls from this number on a daily basis. I've gotten a continueous bleeping sound, no answer, and tonight for the first time, a pick up from a women who refused to identify herself or the address of the company she eventually identified as National Asset Services. When I asked for the location of the company, she said she wanted my telephone number so she could look up my account. When I refused, she relied "have a good day."

I got a call from a private number where the voice has asked me to call back this number. I googled it - found this website. Did not call them back - have better things to do. :)

I also returned from vacation to have about 10 messages from this company.
I think that it is a telephone phishing scheme.

I got a call from this number, with a recording of a man's voice saying 'It is very important that you call us at (above number).'  I called back, a woman answered and said something like 'Thank you for calling --ars, how may I direct your call?'  I asked 'Who is this?' and she hung up.  I immediately called back and got no answer. I feel like sitting here all day hitting redial.  The nerve of these guys!

Got a garbled message from this company, only the number to call was clear.  When I called back I got a woman who said, when I asked, that the company was NARS but refused to tell me what kind of company it was without my giving her my phone number first.  When I refused she said something like "why would I give out that information if I don't know who you are?"  I said likewise, that it sounded sketchy to me and hung up.

They are a collection agency. If any of you have had a canceled membership to NYSC or any of their other gyms, they are the reason why the calls are coming.
