take my number off your call list

I got 2 text messages 1 on Sept. 7th and 1 on Sept. 8th...saying looking for Patricia.  I just ignored, but later on I got a phone call asking for me by name from this number and they wanted to talk to me about the pos system at my buisiness  ( i CLOSED IN  NOV. 07).. I just recently filed for bankruptcy, so I believe they got my info from public records.  For the record we never had computers in my business, thats how I knew this was a scam.. I just told the guy we closed in 07 and hung up and haven't had any calls since.

if you do not want harassing phone calls from these people, you need to send them a cease and desist letter.  It does not matter if the debt is valid or not a cease and desist letter will stop the calls!

I get several calls a day from 866-854-2113 and it is UNKNOWN on the caller ID. The digital voice says the call is from a PRS or TRS. Then indetifies a Robert Trask or Prash.  When you call the number in return you get yet another computer message telling you they can't take you call now!  Waht a waste of everyone's time!

PRS called from Ph# 866-854-2113 to my room mate's cell phone number on November 08, 20110 which I called there sorry a**es back from that number on  November 08, 2010 and got the Account Number then hung up and put the Account Number in their website message board and stated that I needed to see documentation for the debt in question and included my Email address.
The next day I received on November 09, 2010 I received an Email from
"Mark Davidson - Assistant Vice President - Portfolio Recovery Associates" stating that "This is a very old Citibank VISA account that dates back to 1988. After further review of this account, supporting documents are no longer available from Citibank. Therefore the account has been closed and there will be no further collection activity regarding this account. I considered this to be a settled matter.
   TODAY - December 14, 2010 I'm told that they called again on my room mate's other cell phone. A completely different number. They didn't leave a voice mail message but the number came up in the phone.  I tried calling them from his other phone and got a voice mail so I hung up... I'm sure they will see the number that called on caller I.D. and will call be calling again.  This is BU***HIT !!!!  Guess I will have to get in touch will the All Mighty President of the F-in company and ride his A** until this straightened out once and for all and FOR GOOD!!!
  I am open to ANY suggestions that anyone has because this is about to drive me CRAZY !!!

that number calls me all day long.  i cant even block it.  I have tried.  It could be a junk collector but but with identity theft the way it is, i dont want to talk to anyone.  If i dont call you, you gets no info. period!

call here several times a day, every single day, and never leave a message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, let them leave a message if it's important. Just called here once, and right back again 9 minutes later. All that calling and no message? Waste.

I keep getting calls from this number A prerecording says they are looking for Loraine V Atcherson, press 1 or if its not press 2. This is NOT her she don't live here and NEVER has. I get cut off weather I press 1 or 2! I work from home and I get my orders over the phone, All they do is tie up my phone line!

I just keep getting this call from this number 856 on my caller ID and they say a bunch of different numbers but the message just starts and ends like this:

"Again that number is 866-854-2113" I am current with all my bills I explained this to a woman and she said I am having trouble pulling up your account and I told her to take my number off the call list and she said she would. I have received about a dozen more calls since then so I need to start taking information down for them.

Then the digital voice mentions a name like Robert Trask or something similar. I am tired of the calls, I don’t answer UNKNOWN calls, given all the scammers out there.

I started receiving calls a week ago from 866-854-2113 and 866-486-2121 they call all hours and leave a voicemail they want to speak to Allison Hayes and that they are with PRS. I finally picked up today (1 week later) and told the woman to never call back and she was rude and hung up on me.

I receive numerous calls from this number but no one ever leaves a message.  I am overwhelmed with telemarketers so I do not call back.  If they want to talk to me why don't they simply leave a message and I will call them back if I am interested.

No message or asking for Laura, they just hang up, tired of them calling, burning up my caller ID and filling my answering machine and not leaving a message, they just let it run, you can hear people in the background talking, then my machine turns off, they are butt heads, whom ever they are, people without a life, trying to make people miserable as they are,

I have seen the 866-854-2113 show up on my caller id and let it go to VM each time just to get a male computerized voice saying it is "Robert Presh" (spelling?) calling for me and doesn't pronounce the name correctly. Then asks me to return the call to the number above. They only call every couple of days.

when I explained to these rude people I was out of work because the company's credit line was decreased byt the bank it caused the company to close and I have not found work in this wonderful economy, they just kept asking me to pay the bill. Then they put Sondra on who claimed to be a superviser and she was even worse than a BIT#@. she said have a yard sale. obviously she did not know it was 10 degrees outside. This company has no compasion nor respect.I trust it will be out of business soon.

This number keeps calling me every morning and shows up on the caller id.  In the past I received calls form a different number from a collection agency looking for someone who used to live at  this address before I moved here.  I suspect it's the same thing going on all over again.   They are wasting their time and money looking for someone at places they do not live at anymore.
