don't know what this is but they have somehow accessed my bank account and are making UNauthorized withdraws! HOW DO I STOP THIS...they don't answer

Put a charge on my account------------Hav been on the phone for 30 min------------NO Answer!!

I have gotten charges on my credit card and I do not know what this is.  They say their office is closed, but I tried to call at 4:04 CST.
