He left me the same message, saying that it's regarding someone that I know, and that he's trying to wrap up a file, and it will only take a few minutes. He said it's something that he could NOT leave details over the phone.  This time his name was DAVID MORAN AT EXT. 1509.  What a stupid a**!!!!

This is a total SCAM.

He is a process server. He was looking for my daughter who has all sorts of unpaid bills. He is trying to collect or "act" on one of them. Had her name and found me many states away while looking for her.

Got a call from John Douglas at  866-857-3485. They said they were looking for 'Just Ask Mitch' ... told them we never heard of that person or company. They said they'd take our number off their list.

James Douglas called from this number everyday. I called it back and this guy is a process server trying to serve one of my ex employees for a car accident.

How can we get this person to stop calling? How did they get my number? James Douglas is a process server that has nothing to do with me.

It's a scam.

I have not returned his call, as all comments about him seem very negative.

He just called me with the exact same script

He called me at work.  I think once I tried to return his call, but he has been blowing me up lately.
