Called our DNC phone on 4/20/08 at 2045 hrs. No sound / no voice. Dead silence.

We get calls from this number numerous times through out the day.  We answer the phone and there is no one on the line or some one will be there but they will stay on long enough for us to know that someone is there then they hang up.  It is very annoying especially since this is a business and we rely on our phone to get business.

Called our DNC phone on 6/4/08, left message.  Tried to call to get them to remove our number and it said the mailbox was full and could not take more messages.  Had similar calls like this last week and it was someone in CA with a cell phone and 6 relatives? using it.  HMMM - phishing?  Reported it to the police  and made out a formal report as well as the DNC complaint and here.  Everyone should do the same - when cops get tired of the stolen ID and phishing attempts, MAYBE there will be some teeth that actually bite these people!
