Called my husband's cell phone  He answered it Hello Hello  "Do you want to reduce your credit card debt"?  He hung up

He is sick of getting them on his cell phone!!!

Unfortunately the political idiots and charities etc are exempt from the do not call list. I just lock them so i do get another call.

I didn't recognize number from Seattle, WA (I live in SF Bay Area, CA).

So I didn't answer it.

Same, got a phone call this morning I was asleep tried to call the number back, receiving a busy signal.  Looked online cause I don't know anyone in the area, found this so just putting my 2 cents up here.  Safe to assume you can ignore this number.

If you go to their website there is an option to have your number removed from their surveys. It's a non-profit, so I think they can skirt the 'no call' list. I hate having to 'opt-out'.

Same.  I live in Nebraska.  Got a call at 7:12p.m. Central time tonight.  Missed the call, and the didn't leave a message.  So, after reading comments from all of you, I won't call them back.  So frustrating!  I've added my number 4 times to the "do not call" government site, the most recent being this last week, and I'm STILL getting crap calls like this. UGH!!!

another bs call that cost me money with a prepaid phone service. they owe me 50 cents  DONT CALL ME!

I received this call just a minute ago. It called me twice within the minute. No response when I picked up.

Same as the users, above. My wife's cell rang, but we didn't answer it because we've received so many spam calls. No message was left.

This clown has been posting lies all over the internet about this number. it's a filthy scam disguised as a survey to trick you into giving up your credit card # for a fake cruise. This is one of the scammers.

Received a call on my cell identified as from Seattle Washington.  I answered (only to tell them to take me off their call list)!  When I accepted the call they promptly disconnected without a word being exchanged.

Just got a call from this number.  They identified themselves as Political Opinions of America & offered a Caribbean cruise in return for taking a survey.  That deal is just too good to be true, & according to other posters here it is in fact a scam trying to get your credit card information.
