Called stayed on line the hung up

the call from 866-868-9244 is from comcast letting yoiu know that you are past due on your account.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I called this number because someone said that this meant you service was going to be shut off that day (it costs $100 to turn it back on), so I called the number and there was a recorded message that said it was Comcast.  The guy then said it was a courtesy call and asked for my phone number and said some other strange things, which I later confirmed were WRONG when I called 1-800-COMCAST.  I almost gave that guy my credit card number!!!

Not a SCAM. Just talked to the folks at Comcast, and they confirmed that the number is correct.

When i answered the phone to this 866-869-9244 they have always identified themselves as comcast.this time it was a guy jacking his dick for about 2 mins. It sounded very repulsive and certainly not a call from comcast.

It is a recording from Comcast to call customer service.

I can't believe how many people are falling for this scam. This isn't Comcast. Comcast would never call and ask for your credit card number.
