I'm getting several calls a day from this number - EVERY day. They aren't leaving any messages...

I'm getting lots of 866-numbers; not always the same number; i don't answer,let it go to answering machine and never a message.  What can I do to eliminate these calls.  I'm on he no call list.  FL

I just called this number and got a recorded message saying I had reached the donor services line at outreach associates a telefundraising organization.  I too have received numerous calls from this number with no messages left on my voice mail.  Answered two calls from this number this evening, but no one was there.

We got two of these calls tonight and they seem to be calling every night.  If I answer the phone there is no one on the line.  If I let it go to the answering machine, no message is left.  It is more than annoying and I want to know how to put a complete stop to this extremely annoying happening.  Any ideas?  Their caller id is 866-876-5908
We are also on on the national no call list.

I'm in the same boat as Bonnie. On one Sunday afternoon, 8668765908 called me 8 times in a row. How very annoying! When I do answer, they hang up. Blech.

Calling several times a day - any clue? No messages!

got several calls from this number claiming to be from the democratic party but was so rude and obnoxious I felt it was a hoax.  If it is really from the democrats then I won't give any more donations but I'm not really sure because donations are public records and are available on the internet for the public.

I am having the same problem and am getting sick of it.  The next time a call comes, I am tempted to hold the phone next to my CO alarm just before turning on the test alarm.  The only problem is there is probably not a human on the other end.

Called twice today, no message either time. VERY annoying!

I was receiving calls from Outreach Assoc at least once a day for two weeks before I called 412-381-2300 and spoke to a supervisor who promised to take me off their lists.  All was well for eight days, not a single call and then they started again yesterday, twice then and once so far today.  I've tried blocking them and so far I've got eight different numbers they call from.  Once blocked they get around it by using +011 in front of the same numbers I've blocked thus defeating my blocking since it only recognizes 10 digits.
These people are liars and scum but because they are calling on behalf of charities they are exempt from the do not call rules.

Same hired telemarketing guns, yet again, asking for my DH, without even saying on behalf of which organization they were calling. AARGH.
