If they are calling from a legitimate company why do they answer the phone as "hello" and they don't answer in a professional manner. also, why do they as you your number instead of asking to speak to the person that they are trying to reach...Learn how things really work in america before yu try to scam, you dumb jerk!!

The only people who have my home phone number are telemarketers nowadays...everyone else has my cell phone. Someone from this number called my home and one of my family members answered. They passed me the phone and told her I would take the message...because I wasn't there ;). It was a "Jennifer Jones" at extension 34057 who wanted to speak to me. Jennifer had a pakistani/indian accent and kept saying it was a business matter and couldn't disclose under the law. I've gone though this before (they did this to my dad). They'll ask for a bunch of info, threaten to ruin your record if you don't disclose, and eventually give up. These collection agency tactics are unethical. They are "cold calling". All you have to say is "You better be sure you have the right person because I have recorded this conversation and if you call me again...I will sue the **** out of you, understand?". Never heard from again.

OMG! I searched long enough through these threads and found that if you call them back at 866-877-0003 EXT 34058, you will be able to speak to a representative! They answered the phone "HELLO?", and I had to ask whom I was calling. I asked for their mailing address, a "Jack Holmes" said I had paid the $98.00 by debit card and there was no need to mail me anything. I had given him no information, he apparently was trying to trace my cell phone number. I said I had paid them nothing and he said "you are Tiffany *****" giving me a persons first and last name. I told him no, that's incorrect, I would like his billing address. Finally transferred me to "Kevin Rogers". I told him they had been harassing my MIL's phone for 3 weeks and it needed to stop immediately, so I needed his mailing address to send a desist letter to. He wanted the number. I refused. I told him he was breaking multiple laws by repeatedly calling a number he was asked not to call, they had my cell phone number available, yet they called every day 3x a day always beginning at 8 a.m. He apologized. I told him that Mr. Holmes had just given me personal information about another person, again, he apologized. THEN he suddenly had my cell phone number that they said they didn't have. After telling them that I have filed complaints with the FTC and our State's Attorney General's office, he said he would be erasing my file with them, including both numbers that they have been calling, and I would receive no more calls from them. We'll just see about that! BTW - I did file the claims and would encourage others to do the same.

These people are from a legitimate company and they have access to
CBR reports and they can actually update your unpaid accounts on ones
CBR and they have already sued hundreds of debtors in United States
for not paying on their accounts i have personally dealt with them and they were able to update my credit report with good ratings....

I got a phone call this morning. He, Mac Willison, said he was trying to contact my neighbors about their business and was unable to get an answer when he called. He wanted me to leave a message for them to call (866) 877-0003 ext. 34058. It sounded hokey and Googling the number led me to this site.

This company is outrageous. They are bill collectors of the worst kind. They refuse to provide the name of the person calling. They call repeatedly so as to harass the recipient, in my case five times in a row they called at 8am on one of the holiest days of the year. They refuse to provide the name of the company calling. They break multiple laws, without caring at all. They have zero integrity.
This company should be banned from operating in the US, and any US company that hires them should be sued for harassment.
If there is a tort lawyer out there, someone should bring a class action against this company and against the companies that hire this collection agency.
Their web site is www.aegisglobal.com
I encourage everyone to file claims with the Better Business Bureau and to call and write to the CEO of the Americas, which is Richard Nelson Ferry. Telephone number is +1 (972) 830 1879.
