Very rude and doesn't explain why they are calling.

The place is called IC Systems. They called me at my mothers house, I havent lived there in over 10 years. They gave my mom a ref# and told them to have me call back. My guess is they are bill collectors but I honestly dont know for sure.

I HATE THESE PEOPLE!! they shook down my 75 year old GRANDMOTHER and had her all upset!!... WHO DOES THAT!!! I agree with "Mad" these people are so very rude, it's not even funny!! I have not lived with her since 97!!

IC systems is a bill collector for credit cards.  They also make illegal calls outside of the allowed time frames.

IC systems is one of the worst (don't know if its a company) that I have ever had to pick up my phone and their number is showing, no one says anything.  What are they about?  Do they not have anything to do but harass people by calling their homes at anytime. Who gets paid to do this?  Shame! Shame!

They have been calling my telephone number up to a dozen times a day, but no one answers when I pick it up nor do they leave a message.  I finally got one of the representatives to answer (he was calling again for the sixth time today/Sunday) and asked for a person I have never heard of, even though this has been my phone number for more than 10 years!  Even after this conversation, he asked, "Well, have you ever heard of this person?"  How likely is it that I would know everyone in Iowa?  That is just asinine.

No wonder why so many people on the Internet are upset with IC Systems' collection practices.  The representative assured me he would remove my number.  I told him that he had better ensure that he does or I will be contacting the Iowa Attorney General's Office with a formal complaint.

this company just called my phone number of 5 years asking for the previous owner of the home I just purchase 5 months ago. The previous owners have supposedly fled the country with IRS trouble. I assume this company is wanting their money. I have no idea how they attached his name with my phone number. When asked, they replied, "the internet."  I google my home address and my phone number and found ME not the previous owner. I googled the previous owner and found an IRS document from '94. Nice. good people who previously owned this house. OY!

i received a call from this #and they left a message for me to call Jane @ 866-880-5167, when i called the phone rang about 15 to 20 times and no one answered!!!!!!!!!!   weird, this is not my first call from one of these "collection" companies.  i got sucked in the first time because they scared the S___t out of me, now i'm wiser thank goodness!
